The bike was mechanicaly good but there was a huge scratch on the frame. As I'm using it as a backup bike it's fine.but I probably would think twice about buying from these again

Absolutely poor
Absolutely poor. Purchased a compete build for my nephew. Upon arrival I noticed the drive train was fitted to the wrong side, at no point was there a option to select which side the drive train would be preferred and images clearly show a right hand side drive train as per most bikes. I inspected and removed some parts of the bike as it arrived part built. There was no grease at all used in the bottom bracket or headset so had I not taken it apart it would be running dry and would be bound to fail within months and several Allen bolts are threaded making it extremely difficult for me to remove them.
An honestly shocking service I found, not even going to attempt a refund as now I have tampered with the bike I’m sure it will get refused.

Got sent the wrong size tyre
Got sent the wrong size tyre. Used 2 separate couriers, one of which given no information to the delivery or tracking. Otherwise, all was well

Delivery and tracking information not provided on purchase. Phoned over 10 times to enquire about tracking info and never picked up, emailed multiple times no reply. Bike did eventually turn up. Might as well have used a bike vending machine as opposed to a company. Will not return
