Misleading promotion and poor customer support
I had a very disappointing experience with Wintari.com and feel other players should be aware before depositing money there.
I registered and deposited €200 specifically because Wintari was advertising a 100% sports bonus / free bet promotion. The promotion was clearly visible before I made my deposit and was the only reason I decided to fund the account.
However, immediately after depositing, I received an email stating:
“Due to an administration decision, your account is not eligible for sports bonuses. The decision is final and non negotiable.”
This restriction was never communicated before the deposit was accepted. If I had known in advance that I was supposedly excluded from the promotion, I would never have deposited any money.
What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of proper customer support afterwards. I contacted support multiple times asking either:
* for the advertised bonus to be honored, or
* for my deposit to be refunded,
but I either received generic responses or no meaningful resolution at all.
Instead, they simply pointed me toward their Terms & Conditions after the fact. In my opinion, terms should not be used to justify advertising a promotion to customers and only denying eligibility after money has already been deposited.
This experience feels extremely misleading and unprofessional.
I strongly advise other players to be very careful before depositing here, especially if you are depositing because of promotional offers or bonuses.
