I can only commend Craig and the team at Wired2Firefor reaching out directly to me to resolve the issue I had. They explained how my emails were missed/lost due to a number of unfortunate compounding technical issues. Not only have they refunded me the difference between my original PSU and the newly installed one, they've gone above and beyond with a separate gesture of goodwill, which I've accepted.

This has gone from a disappointing experience, to one of the most genuinely sincere customer service remedies I've had. Thank you to Craig and the Wired2Fire team for going above and beyond to make this right for me.

Original Review

Started off fantastically, the team were super helpful and guided me through optimising cost versus performance, as well as future proofing some parts of my build.

Unfortunately, my PSU failed in the new year, and a like for like part wasn't available. Instead, Wired2fire installed a slightly lesser part and confirmed with me at the time they would send me a refund for the difference.

They've stopped replying to my emails after trying to organise this for over 3 months. Quite disappointing as I wanted to help out a smaller local business and they were very supportive preorder; however my trust has been completely eroded by this and for my next purchase/subsequent upgrades I'll be using a bigger name.

Fantastic and friendly customer service. As a bit of a noob to the whole PC gaming world Ben and his team made the whole experience of selecting and configuring my new PC very straightforward and totally painless. Very clear communication throughout and extremely happy with the end result

I've used Wired2Fire before about 5 years ago to build a PC. I've now used them again to build a totally new system and retired the old one.
After a quick phonecall to enquire about something, they suggested I change the spec a little bit to something similar but cheaper.
PC arrived safely several days before my birthday and I'm having fun setting it up. It's very quiet, despite having 10 fans, in a smaller case than my old PC. I also bought a new OLED 32" monitor to use with it and it looks amazing!
Top class service from the guys. I'll be using you again in the future if I ever need to upgrade. But I think this one will last me many years, probably into retirement

Excellent customer service. Bought a microcomputer from this company but I made a mistake on delivery details. I contacred them and they responded immediately and fixed the problem and then continued to staynin touch until I had received it. Excellent! I recently set it up too, and the computer seems to work really well, as per the reviews. Highly recommended.

Ordered a great value for money black Friday deal and couldn't be happier with the pc.

Delivery took abit longer than expected but the staff where brilliant with communicate around the order, also had a cable come loose during transit (no fault of theirs) but one phone call and I was taken through step by step what to look for and how to fix it. Very helpful.

Overall brilliant wee shop and would definitely recommend.

I ordered an Obsidian Vanguard prebuilt from Wired2Fire having seen it advertised on my hunt for a new gaming PC.
I had never heard of Wired2Fire before, but their reviews were good and the price for the build was great, especially compared to other prebuilts of a similar spec.
They were very clear this is a fixed build, nothing can be changed. But that was fine with me. They do bespoke builds, but I assume this was a special offer.

I had a couple of questions during the build time (2.5 weeks in this case - again this was stated before the build). Dan and the team came back quickly to answer those questions.

The PC arrived well packaged along with the motherboard box with extra risers, screws etc that may be needed in the future. As it was a large GPU this was also sent in its own box, so I did have to install that. However, this again is made clear on their website, and it's to prevent damage to large GPUs in transit. They also have a quick guide installation video on their website if you have never installed a GPU before. The hardest part of the install was getting off the tempered glass side panel for the first time.

Once set up I did have a couple of driver and software issues, but once again Dan and the team resolved these quickly and easily, so it wasn't long before everything ran smoothly.

It's an incredibly well built machine, cable management is excellent. I have run some benchmark on 3D mark and it is above average on all scores for the hardware. My racing sims happily run on full settings, 120FPS on a 5120x1440 screen. So I'm very happy.

All in all my only niggle was the driver issues, and as these were resolved so quickly I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wired2Fire to anyone looking for a gaming PC. The long warranty is also a huge bonus.

I had a non-compliant Windows 10 Dell laptop which had become a bit slow and I'd been looking for a replacement for a few weeks. I was reading a PCPro (November 25) review of mini computers which prompted me to look at the Wired2Fire AMD8845R which was their 'Labs Winner'. Microsoft CoPilot told me this would be a marked speed improvement on my old laptop, so I ordered one. It was fantastic value for money and the service has been first class. I called to collect it last Friday and Dan set it all up for me whilst I went for a coffee. Spent Saturday configuring everything - it's VERY fast my for day to day usage (no gaming - too old!!). I had a minor issue with the Windows activation but a phone call quickly sorted the issue. All in all, their service has been superb and I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

Having searched for a flight simulator peripheral online and finding them at inflated prices, I came across Wired2Fire Ltd. where their pricing was more reasonable.

Ordering was painless with lightning speed delivery and excellent communication.

Because of the above, I now have this company bookmarked as a favoured supplier.

This is my 6th PC from W2F. It is top-of-the range and W2F worked with me to get just the right spec to drive a 4-screen home-cockpit set-up. Another, bespoke, PC from them drives 5 different screens for the instruments - this has been working faultlessly for the last ten years. I can't speak too highly of them, both for customer service and the quality of their products. Their high-end PCs are not cheap, but they are very good value-for-money.

I bought a computer from Wired2Fire 2-3 years ago. Prompted by Microsoft I recently tried to upgrade to Windows 11. The computer initially said "No" so I rang Wired2Fire to ask for their help. Almost immediately they researched my hardware, advised that an upgrade was possible, and sent detailed instructions on how to change the settings in BIOS. Despite following these instructions to the letter, my upgrade failed. I rang the company again and they invited me to take my computer along to them to see if they could fix the problem. When I took it in they saw me immediately and swiftly resolved the issue. I thought this customer service was outstanding and as good as I have seen anywhere for years. As a parting shot they told me to go back to them when I needed a new computer! I would not consider going anywhere else, and would strongly advise anyone to get in touch with Wired2Fire when they are in the market for new hardware. They will build a computer pretty well to your own specification at much lower cost than you would pay at one of the larger manufacturers. All in all, a terrific company.

Bought a Voyager WS Home Office PC from Wired2fire back in August 2024. It's now 12 months old and has been absolutely perfect. Very fast, and surprisingly quiet.

My 4th Wired2Fire build and again my new pc was built with great attention to detail and the cabling has to be seen to be believed - it's amazingly neat and tidy. Some very welcome suggestions for some changes to my original specs and as a result I have a pc that is perfection. Great communication from the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wired2Fire.

I have been flying simmulator for many of years and have always not found the right machine Dan and the team at wired2fire sorted me straight away on of the best around and the customer service is absolutely first class

If you're looking for a high-end PC, look no further. The PC comes ready to switch on and set up. It was delivered in a double heavy-duty cardboard box, and the graphics card and Windows 11 were already installed. The only downside was that the free copy of Doom: The Dark Ages code from Nvidia did not work. I contacted Nvidia support, and I was given a load of BS that my new computer was at fault, and they wanted me to alter settings, which I was not prepared to do. Apart from this, everything is superb—five stars for this company.

Ordered a new RTX5090 PC back in March 2025. Fantastic spec with great help from Dan and team telling me what I needed.
10/10 for their knowledge of flight sim.

Unfortunately PC suddenly stop working end of June. PC collected and returned in 7 days with a new Motherboard and Graphic card fitted by them all sorted now.

Nothing was a problem from the team to get PC working again.10/10 Would certainly recommend Fired2Fire.

I can’t recommend Wired2Fire highly enough!

From day one, Dan and the team have been superb, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was right. The custom build I ordered was a high-spec AI workstation featuring an RTX 5090, and it’s now running like an absolute dream. After a few initial compatibility hurdles (thanks to the bleeding-edge nature of the 5090), I got everything running with full acceleration, and the performance jump is staggering, easily 30x faster than my top-tier MacBook Pro M2.

Even when a small cosmetic issue was spotted with the GPU, Dan handled it without hesitation. They arranged a hassle-free swap and even came to my home to make the change. Who does that anymore? Incredible.

The build quality is top-notch, cable management excellent, and any minor tweaks I requested were addressed promptly and professionally.

Very helpful staff answering all my questions I had related to the product I was buying. Alex was a massive help giving me recommendations and helping me throughout the whole process of building / buying my pc.

This is my second desktop from this company only having to update because of Microsoft stopping updates in October for windows 10 . My first computer that I purchased from them is 7 years old and still performing well without problems so I reckon they know what they are doing . They have managed to keep their prices very competitive indeed without lowering the quality of there home desktops , on comparing price of my new desktop against my old one was only a few pounds . Keep up the good work from A repeat satisfied customer.

The positives:
The pc arrived well packaged, super well protected given the extensive tempered glass in the case. Looking over the build they had put everything together well, cable managed well and everything has worked and been super stable. No complaints with any of that.
Negatives: Communications could have been better. Turned out the case was out of stock and then the memory kit was faulty and needed reordering but those delays were not communicated, it was only me emailing Wired2Fire that I found out about them. Second small issue: for an almost £6k pc, the images showed three RGB case intake fans on the bottom of the case (Phanteks Evolv X2) so surely one would assume they were part of the default package and it shouldn't fall to me to trawl through case manufacturers manuals to work out if anything shown on the sales images are optional extras. I bought and installed the fans myself but I do feel if the image shows the fans they ought to be in the default configuration.
Those niggles aside, clearly a competent and honest pc builder.

Edited 21/06 I have upgraded this review to five stars. To their credit, having read the review Wired2Fire rang me, apologised and reimbursed me for the fans I had purchased and installed myself. They have also, quite unexpectedly, sent a £20 Steam voucher for my troubles and at no point have they asked or suggested that I come back and amend/uprate this review. On that basis, this has turned that negative into a good example of customer service and putting things right.

Got my custom built gaming pc (Flight sim) a few days ago and I am very happy with it.
Over all I found Dan and the team to to have been professional and where more than happy to give me guidance and Suggestions when I needed it.
You won’t go to wrong picking Wired2fire if you’re considering a new PC.
They get my vote
