My appointment was so easy to book, Jordan was professional and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Great service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I booked an ear wax removal course with this company, but unfortunately on the morning of the course, my father suffered a stroke at 6:47am — the course was due to start at 9:30am. Despite explaining the circumstances, I was told I could not move the course date due to “lack of notice,” and that I could only rebook by paying half the course fee again.

I find this response deeply disappointing and lacking in compassion. It’s unreasonable to expect anyone to give notice for a sudden medical emergency, and I was shocked at the lack of empathy shown. I had actually planned to purchase the equipment on the day and to book my entire team onto future training, but this experience has made it clear that customer care and understanding are not priorities for this company.

It’s a real shame — they’ve lost far more through their short-sightedness than they would have gained by simply showing a little humanity.

Jordan was very professional and explained everything however i have seen no discernible difference and the ear is exactly as it was before. I have a follow up for the other ear which, thankfully, I can still hear out of, but the ear I needed fixing is still the same.

Extremely positive experience. Convenient dates to book appointments, at the appointment i was explained the next steps and all my questions were answered. during the treatment I felt at ease and comfortable at all times because I knew what is going to happen as well as thanks to the friendly but very professional approach from the staff. I will be coming back for another treatment and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who needs effective and professional treatments.

My appointment was very easy to book with times available that suited. Easy parking with Jordan punctual and friendly. The procedure was smooth with explanations throughout. Thank you Jordan for your expertise, I would not hesitate to recommend you and return if needed.

Excellent through and through. Nice venue with the option to stay overnight. Good presentation of training. Jordan was also incredibly helpful and supportive answering my questions and emails.

The booking process and the procedure were very straightforward and more importantly, the ear wax removal procedure vastly improved the vertigo symptoms that I had been experiencing.

Very good experience meet me at reception and explained the procedure very well. After the procedure which was totally pain free, he told me that there wasn't a lot of wax and my inner ears were fine. Excellent

Jordan arrived at my home on time. He cleared the wax from my right ear with no problems, but had a big problem with my left ear in that it was very hairy. He cut some hair out, but even the hair that was left got sucked into his wax probe so that it would not remove the wax. He tried very hard for quite a while, in vain. That was not his fault and my review is just for the cleared right ear. He was a very friendly clinician, and seemed as disappointed as I was for only being able to clear one ear.

I had Cryotherapy at the Wizard Clinic in Basingstoke. Both my warts came off within 10 days. Jordan was very helpful on my visit and gave clear answers to my questions. Everything happened like Jordan mentioned. Thank you. Gareth

Jordan was absolutely lovely—professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout. I highly recommend going to see Jordan hes very proffessional, and takes his time especially as my partner Mark was in alot discomfort with both of his ears he even needed a follow up appointment which he didnt charge him for, first class service !

Booked Earwax removal on false pretences, actually thought I had a cotton bud stuck in my ear. Jordan was very professional, nothing was found thankfully. Good to know this place exists when an appointment with Dr or pharmacy is so difficult to come by.
