I’m from the US and have visited Germany several times, but never stayed for long in Germany. This time I will stay for nine months, and I had a daunting task of securing an apartment with the amenities I required on my own before my arrival. My host institution in Erlangen referred me to wohnref erlangen. I contacted the office and was immediately contacted by their friendly staff. Although only through email communication, my agents were personable, proactive, professional, and engaging with me. Their enthusiasm and confidence were communicated to me throughout the process. Quickly they found an apartment for me and will meet at the door on the date I arrive at Erlangen. I look forward to that. Thank you very much for your help, and I will do my part, as a satisfied customer, to tell everyone I meet to contact wohnref erlangen for royal treatment for finding a place home in Erlangen. Thank you for this opportunity to detail my positive experience.

When the apartment is taken we are…
When the apartment is taken we are forced to pay the advance and rent etc in advance. Once we leave we get the minimum support to get back the advance from the house owner. We need to ourself follow up and wohnref don't even check what is the amount returned.

We always take care that our clients get back the deposit soon after the move out.
But we have no influence if the landlords do it in time.
