For as long as she can remember, Tori Shay has been conjuring up ideas for creating jewellery. After a career in event design, it was whilst raising her young family that she set about planning to realise her dream of designing a unique line of jewellery. This passion for working with fine jewellery and precious stones led to a new-found skill in the art of ear curation in 2015. Having retrained as a goldsmith, alongside her abilities as a professional piercer, has led Tori to create some of the most unique and intricate jewellery available today.

I was so excited about trying this…
I was so excited about trying this brand. The quality is okay; however, I noticed that the hoops that I ordered are completely different colour (one is more yellow).
Edit: I wrote an email to the team at wolf & gipsy regarding this issue and no one has responded.

Lovely well priced jeweller - recycled silver too. Arrived promptly, clear communication on delivery and really helpful customer service response via email.
And a percentage of the profits from the jewellery bought went to Women’s Aid - always happy to support companies who give back!

The quality of the product did not…
The quality of the product did not reflect the image and description on the website. We will be sending it back to get our money back. Very disappointed as it looked so nice on line.

fast shipping and item came in pretty packaging. item exactly as pictured and good quality but I made the mistake of showering with it on and the gold plating started to fade however it’s still a gorgeous necklace!

Only one item was sent instead of the 2…
Only one item was sent instead of the 2 paid for and ordered. As it was a pair of earrings for a present then it wasn’t a great outcome. It was all resolved but the missing earring was sent as a ‘special delivery’ with signatures required so as i missed the post man i am now trying to locate the parcel. Now 1 week post birthday !!

Earrings took 2 months to arrive and I was only updated on delivery when I followed up on timelines. No compensation was ever offered.
