I first started using Wooden Blinds Direct 14 years ago at an old property, ordering around 6-7 blinds back then, and around the same at another property a few years later and after moving just over 2 weeks ago, we haven't hesitated to order more and we are currently in the process again. It's so simple to measure the width and drop and input the details and I've seen many more options, than before, and then fit the brackets etc. Highly recommended! Dave

Overall I am very happy with my order. I think this is the same company as blinds direct but the range of products and prices seemed different to me when I compared.

I ordered 9 sets of wooden venetian blinds all with slightly different measurements.

Received a notification they had been dispatched well withing the timeframe advised when ordering. Unfortunately the courier linear logistics kept rescheduling for some unknown reason and the tracking information was really poor. There was no way to contact the courier so I emailed woodenblindsdirect. They were unresponsive to emails but they were very helpful when I called them and after a couple of calls they had sorted the issue with the courier and delivery arrived today.

The delivery driver was friendly and careful, the blinds are well made and the different sizes I ordered were clearly labeled on the boxes. The instructions which are sent just after ordering are also really good and was able to put half of them up within a couple of hours.

Despite the frustration with the delivery (hence 4 stars) I am really happy with the overall service.

The blinds are excellent quality and made accurately to my measurements. They arrived earlier than the estimated date.

Good product at a competitive price however the fixings supplied are of poor quality and choice.

Good quality product, delivered in reasonable time, well packaged. Excellent instruction sheet and video. We fitted the blind easily and are very happy with the quality, colour, texture and fit. Constructive feedback would be that it would have been helpful to have an eta for delivery between ordering and arrival.

I've just received my second blind from Wooden Blinds Direct - my first was about 7 years ago in the bathroom, which still looks great. Time to order a new one for the kitchen after a redecoration project. Arrived in good time, and is EXACTLY as I hoped it would be - in fact, no, it's better. This time I ordered the ally cord pull knobs, which are really nicely made with a nice weight to them. In the last 7 years, the whole operating mechanism seems to be a lot more refined and smooth; twisting the slats and raising/lowering the blind is now far nicer (not that it's bad on my bathroom blind), very smooth and quiet. Overall quality is top notch and the fit is perfect within the window reveal. Will be ordering more, as/when for other other rooms, thanks guys!

Easy to order on website put my measurments in emailed me back to cinfirm my measurments. Recieved my order within 4 working days exact fit and very easy to install via the fitting instructions supplied.

Kept in the loop regarding delivery and arrived well packed. Well made blind and easy to install.

After a nightmare trying to order off 3 other places take your money and make u wait over a month. I came to wooden blinds direct. Was ordered and delivered In 2 days. They are beautiful blinds easy to do really finish off the kitchen grey wooden blinds I ordered and there amazing don’t see any light coming in or anything .

Ordered oak blinds x3. Toggles damaged and covering valances (?) Way too long. Told me non returnable as made to measure, despite the damage and unsuitability. They have sent new Toggles but we then discovered metal bracket is also bent.

Very poor, flimsy quality although I appreciate they are inexpensive. Customer service unhelpful. Won't buy from them again!

Blinds are exceptional considering the budget price. They look fantastic. No instructions whatsoever but I figured it all out. Delivery took longer than expected (from date of despatch) but that did include the Easter weekend. Overall very happy and will probably order more in time.

The blind now up and it looks and works as it should, however I note:
. The written instructions in the box are poor.
. The video on the website talks about the valance but there's none on the finished pictures of the video.
. The video shows a metal tie back but it's cheap clear plastic - so didn't use it
. The valance clips were not particularly secure so ended up using velcro.
