have given it 2 days which is a fair amount of time for them to get back to us before posting a review... but as yet have heard nothing so here we go...

spent £455 on 4 blinds. 3 were totally fine but one ( the largest ) the cord has been cut too short so the blind only opens half way.. making it absolutely useless.

only found this out after they were fitted which was very annoying.

Sent photos and an email of the issue, but as yet no reply which is also frustrating as these blinds are not exactly cheap.

will have to pay to have someone come and fit a new cord, as I guess they are not interested in resolving the matter.

even paid for the insurance to give "surefit protection"

maybe surefit only covers the blinds fitting the width of window vs actually being able to open them, who knows.

Delivered well packaged on time. The blinds were really good quality at a really competitive price.
Easy fit and online installation instructions were easy to understand. Will be buying more for other rooms.

The blinds turned up just as ordered and fitted perfectly. The quality of the materials was admirably high and just as indicated. No fitting instructions were included. I had to go online to search for them. It would be wise if a note to this effect were included in the package.

Happy with the end result although we did have a problem with the cords getting dislodged in the barrel at the top of the blinds. Wasn't quite as easy to install as we expected because of this but once we realised this, things were ok

Took a lot longer than expected to arrive. The blind itself is cheap plastic and the slats bend under their own weight - making it look awful. Definitely would avoid next time.

Good service and price , I’ve shoped here for years and the service and cost is great , the only downside is that the long blinds are bowed at the bottom so hopefully they will straighten out in time .
