Ed did a fantastic job with some minor repairs on my Bb clarinet.

Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. They clearly know and care about instruments. Communication with me was very good.

dropped my sax from high enough that it needed quite a bit of work; the sax was all good after a week and a half, cost exactly what they said it would, and were fast to respond when asked about the progress of repair. definitely would go to again in the future & would recommend to others (even despite the hour-plus travel time)
