My purchase was lost

My purchase was lost. I contacted customer service and they told me that it was sent to the wrong location. They sent me a new item, right away-which I received, but due to issue, it took 2 weeks+ to receive

I had ordered a shirt in the wrong size…

I had ordered a shirt in the wrong size and they gave me a once time exception and will exchange it! Now they may not do this for everyone but I was very pleased with the manner in which they approached the situation and how it was handled! The original shirt is very well made and came exactly as described!

Woof & Ween has the cutest things!

Woof & Ween has the cutest things!! We have received a sweatshirt, collar, and leash and they have been fantastic quality. The owner, Megan, is always very communicative and the shipping was fast. 100% recommend!!

Ordered a T-shirt for a christmas gift

Ordered a T-shirt for a christmas gift. Size was too small and they would not exchange for larger size. I can go in and buy a larger size but they won’t exchange. Absolutely terrible customer service to not accept returns as I guarantee they will sell many of the size being returned. Take your business elsewhere if this is how customers trying to buy from a small business are treated

I’m so sorry that you are unsatisfied with our return policy. Unfortunately all apparel is final sale because we make each item individually to order. This is stated multiple places on our website, in our policy and under each product description.

I absolutely love my items, very comfortable and good quality, I have ordered a handful of items and will continue to purchase, I have ordered from others and nothing comes close to Woof and Ween!
