I just received my delivery and the dress is lovely. For £2.99 I think it is the best deal you can get. I did not have any problems with their service or products what so ever. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Easy to order and pay however it would be a 5star if once youve ordered it would tell you exactly when its been picked and dispatched and expected arrival as most other clothing sites do

Poor customer service
I had emailed them four times but no reply and I am very disgusted with the lack of responce.
I had purchest a selfie stick in blue but other colors are available now so I emailed them to exchange the color to pink but still no bloody responce and its been a week ughh!

my purchases still haven't arrived, i ordered them on sunday the 21st of November , not had any confirmation of due delivery date and yet money has been taken out of my account, i ccept it is a busy time of the year, but an email would have been acceptable.

need help about my return item
I have email woownow about my return item, and no responds, I'm very disappointed in the way I'm being treated as a new customer. The dress I purchase was tore when I received it on the 17th of November, I post it back the same day. I hope that my opinion matters.

Poor quality
I buy a lot from Everything 5 Pounds and it has always been top quality so I expected the same from Woownow. Unfortunately that was not the case. I bought 2 skirts and a coat and they were all super thin with very dodgy stitching. Disappointed. One of the skirts has already ripped.

Found this site really good, my order arrived promptly and I was pleased with the quality of the clothes. I must admit I was worried that the materiel of my items was going to be flimsy but it is fine. I would recommend this site and I will be using it again.

Quality clothes from a reliable company.
I didn't expect the quality and fit to be as good for £5. I was so impressed. You'd never know the clothes weren't bought in Topshop or Zara. I got several outfits for the price of what would usually be one item on the highstreet.
