Thank you for a quick service for my purchase. My shoes were fabulous but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but have reordered a bigger size and there was a return note available with my package really handy, just looking forward to receiving my replacement pair.

Whilst ordering items were taken off my final order. Very disappointing one would assume if you had popped it in your virtual basket that it could be removed and sold to someone else! Mo had to pay extra for next day delivery (as I was going away) exceptional delivery service from UPS. The items where packaged very well without damage. The items themselves were as described. As I have only just received them so I can't comment on their longevity.

Item is fine and really good value for money, however it isn't the item I've ordered and I've tried to contact woownow a few times and received a receipt for my contact but no one has replied and it was about a week ago when I first made contact.

They were very polite, friendly and answered quickly to my enquiry. The only problem is that when I wanted the refund they told me that I had to pay for Postage and Packaging to return the item.

Prices so cheap, I wondered if it's too good to be true. Well you get what you paid for 3 out of 4 of my were ok the 4th is broken and has very loose hemming and threads, it is on the pair today for returns. However because of the price I am still fairly happy with my order.
Shoes are particularly good for the price.

I would definitely recommend WoowNow.com. The clothes I received were lovely, well packaged and of good quality - especially for the price. The items were individual in style and I can guarantee I won't see anyone else wearing the same! Fast delivery too. Fab site :)

Service exceeded my expectations, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Items arrived through the letterbox and the parcel was torn. 1 item missing. Waiting to hear back after I emailed on Friday.

Only just discovered this company so have only used them once, but was very pleased. I expected cheap and cheerful (a couple of the items I ordered were only £3) but I was pleasantly surprised. Noticed that one of the items had a "New Look" label in the back, but it's a lovely top so who cares? Communication, delivery, ease of website use were all fab. Will definitely be using again - given only 4 stars cause too many things were out of stock, my fault for wanting to buy everything!

The site is easy to navigate, clothes and shoes arrived within one day of ordering slight problem with a pair of shoes ordered otherwise very pleased.
