Lacking customer service skills
Clothes not true to size, customer service poor. Charles seemed to make up excuses so I gave up emailing him for a while then when I thought I’d try again they wouldn’t accept returns, even though it was just for an exchange and the products are still current stock items.

Quality and comfort
Purchased 6 pairs of Barco Essentials Scrub top and pants (BE005 and BE002). Website is well designed and ordering was very easy. Prompt delivery with good communication. Smart looks with great colours. Very comfortable to wear. Scrubs are well tailored with good quality durable material. Looks promisingly durable. Convenient pockets with good quality lining. Easy to wash and dry with no loss of quality so far. Highly recommended.

Lots of loose swing threads on the…
Lots of loose swing threads on the scrub top & trousers.
The elastic in the trouser is very loose as well & the quality is such that it will loosen more when washed in warm water/ machine.
My husband & I bought 1 set each & in similar condition.
Disappointed.

Did not like the floppy sewing of my scrub . Lot of threads were coming out from the sewing.
The elastic in the trouser is very loose as well.

I rang and queried whether they had received the original order back the Key Account Manager Gill chased it up and I received an email the following morning to say the replacement would be delivered that day.
