Excellent, efficient service as usual. Exactly the product i wanted but only because i was unable to find replacement blades (in a language i could understand) for my existing saws so i bought new ones. Not an ideal situation but an excellent service nevertheless.

I ordered the thor hammer, Natec chisels and a carving knife and I am very happy with my purchase. The items were dispatched quickly. They were all packed properly so nothing came scratched or damaged. The Narex chisels and the knife came sharp and ready for play 🙂

Arrived very quickly - extremely efficient service.

On 23-5-23, I ordered 3 items : Clifton Plane 4-1/2" , clifton spare blade and a japanese scraper. Later, workshopheaven.com informed me that there was a problem with the order due to some error and hence possible delay of about 1 month. I was very disappointed that this happened on my first purchase from workshop heaven.com. But on the 7th of June 23, to my surprise I received a DHL package containing all 3 items and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY. I couldn't wait to prepare setup of CLIFTON smoothing plane and did so on the 10th of June. After cleaning and setup with WD40, diamond abrasives, Renaissance microcrystalline wax and camellia oil, I sharpened the blade starting with DMT diamond stone EXTRA COARSE and Axminster Rider 180 grit diamond stone at 25 degree, then followed by 300, 600, 1000, 3000 grit diamond stones (Axminster rider and DMT) at 30 degree, finally finishing it with 12000 japanese waterstone and leather honing. The final results are as follows :
1. Setup was very easy due to accurate machining of the hand plane. It's Heavy and Flat.
2. The result is EXCELLENT. In the first attempt, I achieved Glass Finish outcome on a piece of local hardwood.

Purchased one chisel which was quickly shiiped, very shap , exactly what I wanted. Overall great experience.
