WowTickets did a great job for me
WowTickets did a great job sourcing a ticket for Cup Final at Wembley. The group at WoW stayed intouch via email, text & WhatsApp- I did not wait till last minute to purchase and provided 2-3 days for requested delivery to our hotel.
Sure enough ticket arrived via carrier to front desk the day before we checked in.
Allowing WoW more time to deliver tickets was the game changer- I could see how same day buy and delivery would be really difficult- suggest giving them the most time you can.
Happy buyer and will repeat!

Great service
Great service, tickets arrived 1 day before the match as they said via email, the email was clear with all the instructions, also they contacted me via WhatsApp to let me know the email was arrived and confirm if I had the tickets, honestly this was a fantastic experience, I highly recommend Wowtickets.
Will use again definitely.

Good communication
We hadn't heard of Wow tickets and as we were visiting London with our family I was a bit nervous. However the communication was very good. We received tickets (qr code) and instructions the day before and a WhatsApp message to ensure it had arrived.

Overall good service
Overall good service. The ticket prices were better than competitors. We received several emails with instructions and the customer support responded quickly when we had enquiries. Additionally, they sent us the tickets on time and we had no problems in match day. My only recomendation is to improve the website and emails as they are not user friendly.
