they are SCAMMERS, do not trust this company - the quality of their goods do not reflect the price -
Wren has been a household name for years however new managment have buried this company into the ground.
I install kitchens for a living and this company will charge you £20,000 for a kitchen thats not worth £3000 that wont last a year without problems.
never purchase from wrens.
I also convinced and stopped my grandmother from buying a new £5000 worktop becuase a plastic knife would probably scratrch it.
And now my sister is backing out of her £10,000 kitchen because they don't care about thier product quality in the slightest.

Do not buy from Wren
if i could give a minus 5 I would. A one day installation of a fitted wardrobe installation is now on week 4 of what is the shoddiest installation and service I have ever encountered! Save your money - buy a flat pack from B &Q as the quality of product is no better. The installation is worse than what I would do myself! customer service from the showroom absolutely shocking! Would never recommend or use this company in the future!

I cannot in any stronger terms advise you against using Wren. Classic promise you everything and as soon as as you’ve signed the experience drops. So many problems at the time and now not that long after the instillations I am having thoughts to probably needing a new kitchen due the quality of the products

Great service from start to finish, Craig the designer was excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Kitchen Delivered on time, the delivery guys (Alex and Yusuf) were excellent, friendly professional and helpful.

10/10 for Gibson & Ross
Kitchen was delivered this morning by Ross & Gibson. Gibson was fantastic, calling before his arrival and talking me through what was going to happen when he arrived. Both men were quick, careful and efficient. As a first time buyer, the customer service I’ve received today has been fantastic and Gibson answered all of my questions with no issues.
Would recommend Gibson and Ross to anyone who asked. Thank you both.

Very Disappointing
Wren Kitchens refused to do my kitchen, saying the job was too small, despite me needing a full peninsular/island built (3-5 units), new top cabinets, new kitchen hood and double sink (and checking this with them in advance). Seems they’re only interested in complete, head to toe, new kitchens where they make the most money. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time
