I rang to get replacement parts for the kitchen I bought to go into a new build house.
I talked to Samuel who obviously understood exactly what the issue was and was happy to organise the replacement parts.
What more could I need, Problem solved.

We had D Williams from the Wren home survey team visit us today to measure up our bedroom to have a wardrobe fitted. He was very respectful of our property and very polite. Thank you so much!

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Stephen spent hours with us, listening to our needs and then applying his expertise to design a kitchen featuring more than we had imagined. We also appreciated Wren’s flexibility over a few changes from the original plan and their pleasantness over the whole procedure.

So lovely to have a woman measuring up for your kitchen. Theresa was professional and knows her stuff. Felt comfortable having her in my home and the dog loved her. It was like chatting to an old friend.

Took our first steps for a new kitchen and the lady that came to measure up (Theresa Platts) was very nice, informative and polite. Can't wait to see what our new kitchen is going to look like next week when we go for our first showroom design appointment.

Steve and Martin were exceptional. Very professional and understanding. They had to combat many turns and lifts just to get all of the kitchen into a tiny Cornish cottage. They put it exactly where I needed it and always had a smile.

This is a review of the transport team for my kitchen. First off the fellas Martin, Les & Tom were all super helpful and friendly. They prepared my property with covers and protection before they delivered it all and were smiley and friendly the whole time.
I would have given five stars, but unfortunately as soon as they started to scan the kitchen, the system wasn’t working, so we had to wait for them to contact the office and unfortunately nothing was able to be done. They recommended I tick everything off my list as they put it into my kitchen where I had made space, to make sure everything was there, which fingers crossed it all is. The smaller items were not numbered.
They were quick and careful. Which is exactly what you want.
I am installing the kitchen myself and will write another review once it’s all in about that.

Absolutely delighted with the new kitchen. Steve, the designer, was great to deal with and very patient. The fitter Marc Woolston did a truly amazing job. He was here 12 hours a day some days and his attention to detail and willingness to deliver the best possible outcome for us is so appreciated. A lovely guy as well. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m so delighted with Wrens kitchens, I ordered a built in wardrobe and they were fantastic. I ordered it in the Truro store, the man was so helpful. I had a lovely lady measure up at home, to check the measurements. I’ve had loads of contact with regards to delivery. Delivery day….. I was given a time frame the week before , the day beforehand, and on the morning. Absolutely excellent service, the men looked after my home so well. They put down dust sheets, a protective sheet over my front door. So there would be no damage.
I would definitely recommend Wrens to anyone.

From picking ordering and delivery of our kitchen was a smooth process. From Phillip the designer to Alex and Dan, the delivery team made the experience less stressful. All really helpful and friendly.

Nightmare process we needed a tiny kitchen for a tiny cottage it should have been simple four units and 6 meters of worktops, first appointment all was well chap came out and measured up another appointment made to finalise. No such luck dragged down to Truro from liskeard to be told the computer says no they couldn't sell us the only configuration that the kitchen could be without voiding the warranty on one of the units, we already knew this and was happy to void the unit. Told to leave it with the designer and come back the next week, dragged down for another meeting computer still not happy, purchase only went through because by that point I was querying the return of the deposit to go elsewhere. Never had to work so hard to purchase something in my life, kitchen delivered on time and broken kitchen sink replaced with ease hence the three star, small extra removed at design appointment added back on and charged for which was not cool. Was so sick of dealing with it at that point we let it slide. Not sure if it was the designer or the company that made the process harder than it needed to be. We have another kitchen to fit in the new year and won't be using Wren again. Unless its a straight forward kitchen I would go elsewhere for buildings that are quirky or unusual.

I achieved nothing by adding more information that you can easily find yourself I don't have that information to hand just the designer name, reading the reviews my issue is nothing out of the norm, if you remove my review it just proves I've made the right decision not to use your company again.

After purchasing a wardrobe from wrens and having fitted by one of there suppliers on the 1st and 2nd of Sept we came home to fine a problem with infills and know middle door catching on the other we have emailed several times been on the phone pushed from pillar to post and still waiting for this to be resolved this is not good enough we have been waiting around 3 months

We had a great experience at wren kitchens.
We had a look around the kitchens in the shop and then met Sasha Ruhomutally who was our representitive who sorted out our whole kitchen progress and made it really easy. She definatly knows her stuff about wren kitchens. We was walked through the whole prosess and she made us feel very confortable. We had no idea what we was doing but Sasha made it really easy for us. The VR Video of our kitchen was really fun and we had a great laugh.
Would definatly reccomend sasha and wren kitchens to anyone. Plus we had a free coffee 👍.
Its also great that wren kitchens have the truro branch we is really close to where we live.
The prices where great aswell.
