Had my Wren kitchen delivered by Dawid and a colleague. They were both professional friendly and despite having to get a huge kitchen in a small storage space did an amazing job. Clearly very good at Tetris in their formative years.

Owen and Declan went above and beyond…
Owen and Declan went above and beyond to get my kitchen in,, it was very difficult at times as they had to get it upstairs in a pub with very limited opening to get through,, but they never gave up i would recommend these men anytime great job and was very professional at all times

Swift, thorough and friendly
Adam came to take the measurements for our new kitchen. He arrived on time and was friendly and thorough. He listened to our concerns and was in and out in about twenty minutes with zero disruptions. We look forward to our new kitchen!

Measurer came out and half way through measuring up announced he was late for his next appointment so wouldn't be able to measure the other room. Literally just left and told us to reschedule another measure. Feedback on this was given to their CS questionnaire. No response. Needless to say we're getting the job done elsewhere. Rubbish company.
Now, Kieran, below, asks for an order number. You tell me, Kieran. If it never got past the measurer doing half a job, do you think there's an order number? Take your time. Think about it. Obviously the quality of Wren's CS staff is as good as their measuring staff.
I suspect this is more about Wren's process to get rid of reviews they don't like. Because if you were this bad, that's what you'd do.

This is not a bad review but an honest…
This is not a bad review but an honest review. We’re delighted with the new kitchen and the workmanship.
But the process getting to completion was very disappointing.
To keep it short as possible.
We had delivery issues. Resolved though.
We had issues with the rip out.
Costing us £1100 odd to buy me units.
This was later refunded by £700.
They got all the wrong dates for the quartz measurement. This caused huge problems.
Left with no sink no dishwasher and no washing machine for about 4 weeks in total
Had to phone and email everyday & night to get answers and eventually onto head office to get things moving.
Kitchen got started 15/06/26.
Finally completion date 20/07/26.
Far too long to be without a kitchen in my opinion.
I could go on and on with this but nobody would probably read it all.
In the end happy with the new kitchen.
But very disappointed in wren performance.
If I was asked for recommendation.
My answer would be no to wren.

Having reviewed your order, we'd like to provide some additional context regarding the timeline of your installation. While preparatory works began on 15/06/26, your kitchen installation itself was scheduled to commence on 22/06/26. The works carried out during the week beginning 15/06/26 were supplementary works and fell outside of Wren's installation contract.
We acknowledge that there were miscommunications regarding the templating appointment, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused. Once this was identified, we worked to ensure you received the earliest available templating appointment to minimise any further delay.
We also note that your kitchen included specialist quartz worktops. As explained during the installation process, there is an expected period where customers will have limited kitchen facilities while the kitchen is installed, measured for templating, and the worktops are manufactured. This is a standard process for bespoke stone worktops, with manufacturing typically taking between 7–14 days following templating.
In relation to the additional units you purchased, these became necessary after it was discovered during the rip-out that the planned wall removal could not proceed. As this related to the existing structure of the property rather than an issue with the kitchen design or installation, this was not something Wren was responsible for. However, in recognition of the inconvenience caused, we provided a £700 goodwill contribution.
We're sorry that you felt communication throughout your project could have been better and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Whilst we regret that aspects of your journey were disappointing, we're pleased that you are happy with the finished kitchen and the quality of the workmanship. We hope you enjoy your new kitchen for many years to come.

Kenny Prince is a superb kitchen…
Kenny Prince is a superb kitchen fitter. He worked tirelessly and our kitchen and particularly the fitting worked out fantastic. We found kenny and his apprentice Brandon really nice and easy to get on with. Kemnys carpentry skills shone through during the whole build. I would recommend Kenny to anyone. I also want to thank Nickin Matthew the designer. Nickin did a fantastic design. There was no problem if we wanted to change things after the initial design. He is a throughly nice man and easy to get on with

Consultant David Harrison in…
Consultant David Harrison in Newtownabbey was very personable and knowledgeable. David made us feel very welcome and answered any questions with respect and understanding. I advised David on the day that we booked our kitchen, that he made the whole experience very easy. I advised David that whilst it is clear that the quality of the kitchen and price matching is very important, his presentation and support was just as valuable.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service by the Customer Service Team. I had a problem with the kitchen but it was covered under their warranty. The team were very understanding and accommodating, they guided me through the whole process and gave me some great options. The whole process went on for months due to choosing a suitable replacement but I appreciated their patience and guidance. They have built an excellent culture and with their warranty, it's good to buy a kitchen from Wren. Thank you.
