Overall, the eDesk support experience has been very positive - reliable, helpful, and customer-focused. It definitely makes day-to-day work smoother and more efficient.

Ignored Cancellation Requests and Automated Spam Responses

I emailed this company to cancel my subscription, but they ignored my request despite multiple follow-ups. Instead of responding, they continued replying in the same email thread with automated messages trying to sell additional services and asking how my trial was going—after I had already clearly stated multiple times that I wanted to cancel.

My emails were completely disregarded. This is the worst communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe a business operates this way. It feels as though the company has abandoned its operations and left automated emails and billing systems running to continue charging customers.

I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I officially cancelled my subscription

I officially cancelled my subscription, yet eDesk has continued to charge my account as if nothing happened. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a platform that specializes in "customer support" but fails so fundamentally at basic billing integrity and supporting its own (former) users

Keine Empfehlung für den Preis, maximal unkulant

Ich habe eDesk für rund 50 € abonniert, weil mit umfangreichen KI Features geworben wurde. In der Praxis war davon leider kaum etwas vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war extrem mühsam, unnötig kompliziert und alles andere als intuitiv.
Ich habe das Abo fünf Tage vor Ablauf der nächsten Abrechnungsperiode gekündigt, trotzdem wurden mir erneut 50 € abgebucht. Auf Nachfrage beim Support hieß es dann, man müsse mindestens 14 Tage vorher kündigen, was weder klar kommuniziert noch kundenfreundlich ist.
Auch nach mehrmaliger Anfrage war eine Erstattung von Seiten des Supports nicht möglich und es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen.
Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Überzogene Versprechen, komplizierte Nutzung und fragwürdige Abrechnungspraktiken. Ich würde eDesk nicht weiterempfehlen.

I subscribed to eDesk for around 50 € because it advertised advanced AI features. In reality, these features were hardly present and the setup was extremely complicated and time consuming.
I canceled the subscription five days before the next billing period, yet another 50 € was still charged. When I contacted support, I was told that cancellation must be done at least 14 days in advance, which was neither clearly communicated nor customer friendly.
Even after multiple requests, a refund was not possible and there was no willingness from support to offer any kind of goodwill. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not something I would recommend.

I Had to shut down my business after 5…

I Had to shut down my business after 5 years of being a customer on eDesk, i did a yearly plan, after 2 months of renewal I had to shut down, they wouldn't refund the remaining time. be careful and don't work with this company, there are much better, fair alternatives out there.

Very disappointed

We cancelled our subscription, yet our card continued to be charged for several months, totalling thousands of pounds.

We contacted the company as soon as we became aware, believing this to be an error. Despite explaining that the service had been cancelled and was no longer used, they refused to refund the charges taken after cancellation.

Based on our experience, we would not consider this a trustworthy or transparent business to deal with.

Very disappointed

Following a full investigation, our records did not show a cancellation request being submitted prior to the date the issue was raised with our team. The subscription was then cancelled, and billing was applied in accordance with the terms of the plan, including the applicable notice period.

A game changer for our company

I'm never one to really leave reviews, but we've just signed up to using edesk, as a business that operates across multiple marketplaces it is a gamechanger for us and makes customer service so much easier. I was spending a ridiculous amount of time across platforms and constantly missing SLAs because of it, now all of the information is available for me all in one place, I love how it links in tracking, orders and the automation and AI features are great.

Granted it can be a little pricey but as a company whose core value is great customer service, this is a game changer for us.

Extra hard way to cancel the subscription!

Charged me for an extra seat that i never chose and i couldn't even downgrade to 1 seat even tough there was only 1 user in the system.

I wanted to finally completely cancel the subscription and I couldn't find any unsubscribe button. The worst thing? You need to contact the support 2 weeks before the month ends in order to cancel the subscription!

When I texted them I want to cancel they asked me WHY I wanted to cancel it instead of just do the cancellation. I really hate this!

We live in 2025 and this company still does subscription cancellation over email. Horrible behaviour. They wanna make it extra hard for people to cancel the subscription if they are unhappy.

Also what I really don't like is that it's basically useless for Amazon Customer Service because they don't even show the order or the customer name in the tickets, so I need to go to the amazon message anyway to process the ticket.

Useless software and horrible cancellation policy, NEVER again
