I was a bit sceptic by reading some reviews from the netherlands, but I had no complain at all.
I ordered my satin bonnet over a month ago and my order has still not arrived. This is after the stated 8-15 business days that they outline for the shipping timeline and there has been no updates on my order.
Not having the best experience, been 12 days since i ordered and still the goods have not been shipped, have had customer services respond to my email saying they will send this soon but still no movment.
I had a great experience! I received an order confirmation by e-mail. Then I became a little unsure because I received a tracking number, but couldn’t see any tracking information. Also, I read a few bad reviews on here. So I e-mailed customer service, but before they could reply I received the package and the bonnets are beautifull! Then the next day customer service replied to my e-mail asking about the tracking number and they told me their system said the package arrived. Which it did. I wanted to share my experience because I see a few bad reviews. I think they’re were just unlucky.
DO NOT BUY HERE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED
I received the wrong package (on purpose i believe) that’s worth soooo much less than what i bought. Then when you try to contact them they will wait until the return window closes so that they can deny your return request. Weird tactic, but it works i guess
Ordered from their website, spent like £70 plus in their buy 3 get the 4th free offer. Delivery said 8-11 days. It’s currently 20 days and still no items. I’ve contacted them on day 12 and they responded some days later saying that they’re still processing the order. I just contacted them again recently and they’re still processing… said I can wait and get a discount or request a refund now and cancel. I went for the latter but still waiting for the refund to show up. I’ve just seen I can get the exact same product on Amazon from Yanibest for £1 cheaper and it says next day delivery.
Safe to say, I didn't get scammed. But there's one thing. I ordered 4 bonnets cuz of the buy 3 get 1 thing, and only 3 of them got delivered. So after like a month since I made the order, I wrote an email, saying I still didn't receive one. Today I got an update that wasn't automatic, saying that they're on it, and it's on the way. So in short, they're humans too. They can make mistakes, and when they do, we just have to talk to them, politely of course, and there will be a solution.
Got a confirmation order with a tracking link that didn't work. Waited a month and sent an email about the issue. Per there automatic response, I expected to hear back in 24-48 business hours. One week later and nothing. Luckily I was able to dispute the purchase with my credit card company, but NEVER order from this sham of a business!!!!
Scam site, DO NOT ORDER.
Never sent me a confirmation email of my order and took $45 from my bank account.
When I contacted them about my order not arriving they asked for my order number. I did not have an order number as I had never received an email for my order.
I sent through a screenshot of my bank transfer along with the reference number to which I have received no reply.
This has been a month ordeal,
No sign of my order being fulfilled, no sign of a refund.
As a first time customer I was very excited to try a new bonnet type as my ribbon tie currently is very uncomfortable but unfortunately I am very disappointed in the brand's customer service and just overall. I used up a lot of my money I earned by working as a cat sitter and baby sitter, which as a teenager means a lot. My package never arrived even though it was labled as delivered and I asked all around my neighbourhood if it perhaps was sent to them instead but nope. When I emailed for a refund or delivery of the product for free again, I had a bot email reply saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours, but they never did. I then continued to send an emal THREE more times before my 30 days was up for a refund or free new package of the item I bought, I was never answered. Very disappointing and i am distraught from the money I lost that I could have saved to buy from a better brand that would have answered.
Ordered two bonnets and both are super cool and comfy (I even got my bf to wear one), a little problem with package updates, but after I asked them through email I got fast response with all the information.
Horrible service. They wait until you contact them because you get no update on your order. Second response for a solution will be lacking. Do not order here they are scammers. Reported them on IG already.
Saw their bonnets advertised on Instagram and found them on Amazon. Bought 2 silk bonnets. I love them. Only been wearing it a few days but I love the way it looks and feels. And it stays nice and secure on my head.
Bezüglich der bestellten Bonnets kann ich nichts Negatives sagen. Die Bonnets sind im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern sowohl Innen als auch Außen seidig glatt.
Allerdings lässt der Kundenservice schlecht.
Um die Produkte zurückschicken zu können, muss man erst eine Mail an Yanibest schicken. Beim ersten Kontakt wird schnell reagiert und nach dem Grund der Retoure gefragt. In meinem Fall sind die Bonnets zu groß. Das war es dann auch. Es sind vier Wochen vergangen und keine Reaktion, tortz Erinnerung. Daher lieber nicht dort bestellen, wenn man sich wegen der Größe nicht sicher ist..
