Could improve by being more patient as some people are harder to understand than others. I was haven’t difficulty understanding at times and was cut off or interrupted multiple times the call seemed to be frustrating for both the person I was speaking to and me as well.

The gentleman was very polite he listened he answered the questions he was helpful

Talking to someone who care and understands and asking you the right questions that you want them to ask you but you don’t know what and how to ask the Lady was very specific with details they gave great customer service and that’s unheard now days thank you Yeslawyer.
