If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order 3/11 and still no hair or update. I have called and sent multiple emails. This is the worst customer service experience ever. Just give me my money back!
No Customer Service
The first time I ordered from them was through til tok and my order arrived in the time promised. I liked the hair and quality. My recent order was from their website and I paid using Afterpay. I received an email that my order was delayed and would be shipping soon. There were no updates and my order never shipped. I reached out to customer service with no response. I already paid 2 of 4 installments without my order being received or shipped so I had to dispute with Afterpay. I was refunded through Afterpay and never got a response from Ygwigs. I have since found a great seller on Amazon.
BEWARE
BEWARE! Don't do it! I ordered my hair March 2nd and its been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my hair. Ive contacted them 3 times with no response. I've Texted them and still no response. I've asked for a refund. Its scary how this company is content taking your money and screwing you. I depended on my order for birthday party. I work hard for my money just for it to feel like I just threw it away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I order on TikTok was cancelled because they said it was out of stock. I ordered again from their website on March 6 and UPS still shows “label created, waiting for package.” The item has not been shipped and customer service has not resolved the issue. Very disappointing experience.
No Package, No Response
I ordered my hair Feb 16th. Only AFTER I paid did they tell me they were on holiday and would take longer to ship my order. I've waited the maximum shipping time and given them a grace period, and my hair still hasn't been shipped out. And they're not responding to any of my emails...
Ygwigs failed notify item was out of stock until after purchase & tried to upsell other products instead of refund
Extremely disappointed in this Ygwigs company misrepresentation in not being transparent about the availability of this product Light Yaki 18" and throughput with shipping time. Their unwillingness to refund the full payment back to the customer since the customer never received the product nor does Ygwigs know when they will have the product back in stock is absolutely absurd. I sent the following message to Ygwigs, the BBB and my credit card company to see if this is considered fraudulent activity/ practices.
I am disputing my payment to Ygwigs for my placed on 2/21/2026. The seller failed to disclose the item was out of stock at checkout, notified me only days later, never shipped the order, and attempted to upsell me to a more expensive, longer length without confirming a delivery date. I repeatedly requested a refund; instead, they offered a $15 store credit for an order that was never processed or dispatched.
Detailed timeline:
Order Date: 2/21/1026 — I placed the for 6 bundles of Light Yaki Straight Feather Crochet Hair Extension Human Hair totaling ($302.40 +Tax 29.48) $331.88.
2/24/2026 @ 11:37pm The seller informed me (3days after purchase) the item was out of stock and provided no restock date.
2/27/2026 I sent (my 1st email) a follow up email requesting that if product would not arrive by the following Monday 3/2 to send me a follow up email
2/27/2026 I sent another email (my 2nd email) that read, If your company cannot guarantee my order by Monday 3/4, to refund the payment back to my credit card that was used immediately/ASAP
3/02/2026. The Seller to proposed that I change my order to a completely different texture and curl pattern that I did want or upsell me a longer, more expensive item without giving a delivery date a substitution: a longer, more expensive item, without any confirmed ship/delivery timeframe.
3/02/2026 The Seller sends a message saying, "Thanks for your order We will continue to process your original order. When it was ready for ship, we will ship out your order priority. We hope you could keep it. What is your opinion?"
3/03/2026 I sent a (my 3rd email) that this customer is not in agreement with the sellers options.
3/03/2026 I sent (my 4th email) I reiterated and asked them to cancel my unprocessed order and refund my full payment in full since they never process my order and did not have the products available. I also told them that the customer should not be penalized in having to pay extra for a different product in order to resolve their systems issues in processing their orders. Also, they should have a message on the website to show supply is low, sold out and/or on back order before the customer purchases the product.
3/04/2026— Seller offered a $15 credit on a future order instead of refunding the unfulfilled purchase. They were pushing for and earlier arrangement will keep me updated on the process and shipping date. If I still want to cancel, then they will cancel but did not include the refunding of the full amount of the payment and what was my opinion.
3/04/2026 I sent (my 5th) email stating the same message of to cancel my unprocessed order and refund my full payment in full.
BEWARE-Money stolen.
Ordered $400 worth of YG wigs hair on Feb 2nd, 2026. It is now Feb 25, 2026 and still has not shipped. I missed my hair appointment and no updates from the company. Stolen money.
Horrible customer service this time…
Horrible customer service this time around. Ordered a wig 1/21 that was supposed to be eligible for store pickup in 3-5 business days. Was emailed on 1/26 that they expect it will ship in a few days due to a delay. I gave it some time because I needed the wig before 2/23 for filming a series. Nothing. Their email encouraged me to reach out if I have concerns or need the wig urgently. Emailed them 2/10 and got no response. Emailed them several times on 2/12 as I could see where this was going. It took me dming them on Instagram for them to email me back. I’ve been communicating with them now every night (it’s been 4 days) attempting to get a full refund because I now have to rush order from somewhere else after spending $400+ with them on this order.
I’m extremely disrespected that they are trying to offer me a “$45-65 credit” and are expecting me to pickup the order in store and the end of feb/ early March. I clearly told them I need it sooner. I’ve spent well over $1k on their products in the last year and they do not care about their customers. Do not buy. Will be doing a YouTube video about my experience as well.
Not human hair
The hair looked nice upon install, but within 2 weeks it’s a tangled mess. The feather crotchet hair from this company is not human hair. It came with a chemical smell so I had to wash it prior to install. I have purchased hair from this company before and the hair lasted over two months. But this last batch of hair is definitely not human, my daughter is allergic to synthetic hair so that’s why I spent extra for human hair, but it was a complete waste of money. She never had an allergic reactions to the hair from this company prior, but the water wave feather crochet she has on now is making her head itch and scalp irritated. I am so disappointed especially after having a great experience with this company prior. They have let their standards go down. I should have know something was up since it took a month to receive my order, when it usually takes a few days. I think they have so many people ordering now that they are mixing the human hair with synthetic in order to keep up with demand. Horrible standards. I am highly disappointed.
This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers
Scammers. 😵I placed an order on Jan 6, reached out multiple times to figure out when my order would be delivered and was finally provided with an eta of 1/31/2026. Nothing arrived-then I'm told ups didn't have my correct address when I added my full address correctly🤔 I contact customer service just for them to tell me that the address was updated! Why wasn't the correct address on my over 200 dollar order in the first place🤯🤯🤯 On Feb 2 they tell me to give it another day, just for me to check tracking and see that it's been returned to sender. Do NOT waste your time or money....Terrible company! They still have my funds smh.

Great customer service
I placed an order on Monday 1/19 and immediately contacted them because I needed this c4ochet hair fir an appointment Monday before I go out of town. I live in the south and I am well aware that this is the beginning of carnival and festival season (I saw another review that didnt understand that so I had to put that out there.
I contacted via text using the phone number on the site explaining when I needed the order and that I was willing to pay extra for shipping. She did not have the exact hair I ordered but offered two comparable options that could be shipped right away. I recieved the hair today 1/21 at 2pm. In plenty of time for my appointment. My stylist requested I get 6 bundles, I did purchase 7. They look small to me but I am not a hair stylist so Ill leave that part to the pro's and hope its enough hair for the full, fluffy look i want. Thanks for the great response!
That hair is not worth the cost
That hair is not worth the cost, time, travel or conversation. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRR. That little tiny bundle OF HAIR for that cost is trash. Then they don't answer you back to get a refund in the time they say. They drag out the whole process so you'll have to pay. DON'T DO IT YA'LL. I bet they won't get another dime, referral, or conversation from me. I'm over it and them. I'm going to report them to Affrim on their scam with returns. Watch the YouTube video on how to create the same type of hair for a cheaper cost. Save your money.
This is the second time I ordered from…
This is the second time I ordered from this company. It took over 2 weeks to deliver. Both times the offered me a $5.00 credit off my purchase after i had to reach out and email them. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Especially for the high prices they charge for the hair.
WORST HAIR COMPANY
Genuinely the worst hair company I’ve ever ordered from. TERRIBLE SERVICE, do not buy from them. They have the worst customer service and you won’t get anything in time, they lack training. I had to ask for a refund, did not even ship my hair after 2 weeks of ordering and gave a bs excuse of there not being enough “stock” due to the current festive season IN MID JANUARY???

I purchased my hair on December 28th. As of today January 9th, my order still has not been processed nor shipped. I was in need of this shipment for a wedding event this week. I can say when I emailed customer service I did receive a fast response. They provided alternative options but the option was a different inch from 20” to 22”. I would have to pay the difference and an overnight shipping fee more than my original order. Great customer service but a long turnaround time for processing the order and shipping.
Shipping takes too long compared to other companies
I purchased the feather crochet on December 29th, I believe. Today is January 9th. Its been nearly two weeks and it still has not shipped. If you need it fast, I would suggest not ordering from them. They dont have the ability for quick turnaround. Im giving it to middle of next week. If it hasn't shipped I have to cancel the order. Contact my bank to reverse that payment and buy elsewhere. Cant wait any longer. Be sure to send emails in case you need to cancel...the paper trail helps your bank reverse charges. I think I spent $150, but could have been $170. In any case, they have until next Wednesday to ship or if have to cancel

I am obsessed! This Burmese Curly half wig is everything. The curls are super juicy and those spiral ends give it such a natural look. It’s so easy to put on and the fit is really comfortable.
Soft Hair and Great Customer Service
I bought the bulk hair from Ygwigs. The hair is soft and looks very natural. It was easy to braid and did not tangle much. No bad smell and little shedding. I wore it for days and it still looks good.
Also, their customer service Mia helped me a lot before I bought it. She answered my questions and was very nice and patient. I really appreciate her help.
