I am not happy that on the tea envelopes (any kind) there are not details of the ingredients/plants! Also too many kinds of their range contain LIQUORICE! A lot of people have high blood pressure!

I complained about a product - the advent calendar. They replied and said they would send me a new product. I was very happy about that.
This was in the beginning of december 2025.
I emailed them several times again, but never got a reply.

Fast alle Tee‘s enthalten Süßholz, was nachweislich den Blutdruck erhöht.

Leider ist schon 5 mal der Teebeutel gerissen

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice werde nie wieder Yogi Tea Produkte kaufen

As someone who has been dealing with anxiety for a while now, I was able to figure out some different coping methods, physical exercises, and even various foods and drinks that are helpful to me in navigating the more difficult moments of anxiety. If I had to make a "TOP 5" list, out of all the methods that work for me, Yogi Kava Stress Relief Tea would be on the list, because it really does what it is purposed to do. When it comes to relieving the tension, stress, and restlessness that very often comes with anxiety, I can honestly say, this product has been and still is a great help to me, a relieved and satisfied customer.

This company is very aggressive towards to small retailers, damaging sellers profits. Seems that ethics are only for the product not the company managment, communicationis very poor.

Weeks ago I asked the company for the country of origin of the ingredients in its breathe easy Eucalyptus tea. Apart from an automated response, there has been no reply, despite a further email requesting the same info again, reminding them of my initial request.

Ho Comprato il calendario dell'avvento, ma é arrivato fallata, totalmente incompleto, mancano una pagina di bustine di tè ☹️ ho provato a contattare l"azienda , ma non si sono degnati nemmeno di una risposta. Per il prezzo che ha conviene prendere un calendario di un'altra marca!
