Very high quality equipment and the customer service is first class. Unfortunately DHL ruined delivery (as per normal) but York customer service was on hand to help (shoutout to Matej), they were great at issuing replacements/refunds and very apologetic!

Great customer service from Matej, I had received a faulty item which was replaced immediately.

Fantastic service. Very quick delivery. Had a mix up with order and it was sorted within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

I love this upright exercise bike. It compact and is easy to move around (wheels at one end). Using it for regaining fitness and muscle following a tibial plateau fracture. Great customer service and super quick delivery. Highly recommend this exercise bike and company.

Excellent customer service. Easy communication via email. I think that the product could be improved and attention to detail in the design, but perhaps this is a reflection of the reasonable cost of the products.

Disappointing! no information on purchase or on email about delivery and when I finally got a DHL notice it again didnt say much. then DHL said they would deliver between 1-2pm, never showed up, automated message on customer service number said they were running late and would still deliver. then they said they could not access the delivery address which is total BS. No ability to contact York and no ability to get in touch with DHL - York is responsible for the full customer experience and this has been one of the worst. will never purchase from this company again.

Very straight forward order got this item at reduced price and really happy with the quality of it.

Order came damaged & missing parts but this has be rectified with a replacement.

Ordered on 22nd Feb. Now 11th March and Delivery still not arrived

The product I purchased is fantastic - absolutely delighted.

Delivery within time promised. No issues with order. Ordering straightforward.

Good products, good stock and fairly priced (usually cheaper diect that from stockists like Amazon.

The quality of the product is excellent.

Exercise bike makes a very loud knocking with every turn of the pedals. Very annoying and distracting to me and anyone in my house/building. Clearly not right.

Despite a problem they were very helpful and supportive and sorted everything out. Thank you

I had previously brought quite a few items from York fitness; cast iron plates, a bench, dipping belt, Dumbell bars, etc.

For the most part I found the price and quality of the products to be good, with only one exception. I had spent a fair amount on a Dumbell bench which was of poor quality. In hindsight I should of sent it back.

Before you buy anything from them be sure to check for reviews, otherwise give it a miss.
