Came across these bags by chance and I am delighted with the purchase. Well made and different. Dispatched quickly and no P and P! Likely to change my allegiance from a well known similar brand(Scotty dog!) As Yoshi designs are fun and well priced in comparison. Thank you.

I ordered a Bose system on December 6th it was through instagram. I have not received it.

Although I didn't keep my order because it wasn't suitable for the intended purpose, I was really impressed by both the free and quick delivery and free returns for such a small item. I will be keeping an eye on other Yoshi products in future.

Due to an unfortunate mix up by the delivery company, my bag went astray. Yoshi (James) was superb in dealing with my issue. The response was immediate, the issue resolved within 24 hours and my replacement bag arrived safely.
The bag (Shakespeare Grab Bag) itself is fabulous! Very beautiful and great quality, whilst also being very practical.
Highly recommend, and will definitely be purchasing more from them in future.

Having purchased several Yoshi bags previously I was delighted with my new bag - the Emerson multi-way cross body bag. However, I found that the external pocket gaped open from day 1 - a design fault I believe. I contacted Yoshi to express my disappointment & seek advice. I needn’t have bothered - they certainly didn’t. Customer service post purchase is a waste of time. However, if you have no need to contact them, the bags are usually lovely & good quality. It was just this one particular design I had a problem with. Don’t worry though James replied to me saying “we don’t have an alteration service, your local shoe repairer may be able to help” and “we aren’t continuing with this style once the current stock has sold out”. Good to know!

I was super suspicious first time I ordered … I had seen their products on a sponsored ad on insta (dodgy right?) and decided to take the chance. So glad I did. The quality of their stuff is first class. I’ve now bought several purses, coasters, and key rings for myself/family/friends. No issues at all. Very well made and good quality. Priced reasonably. Never dealt with customer service as there has never been cause to.
