Honest and professional service throughout the entire process of buying my BMW was what made this dealership stand out from the rest. Jamie and Jack were very personable and attentive even allowing us to let our dog on the test drive !! Having been disappointed by empty promises and sale patter by main dealers in the past . We were very impressed with YOUR BEST CAR and would recommend to anyone who appreciates honest and reliable service .

We sold our car to YBC after they bid for it on Motorway and the whole process went very smoothly. Andrew, one of the Directors, came out to inspect and test drive our car 3 days after we accepted their bid, and we closed the deal the same day. Very professional and efficient - definitely recommend YBC.

Well… we’re do I start!
I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews , however!!
I am incredibly annoyed with this company.
I originally spotted a m340d the had for sale on the internet which I was very interested in.
However I live in Sunderland and the car was located in Kent. So was very hesitant about travelling all that way.
So as you can imagine I asked a load of questions literally covering everything I wanted to know about the car , to make sure this car would be the right one for me before travelling.
The then contacted me by phone and answered all my questions, reassuring me that the car was pristine condition on the outside , and pointed out 1 or 2 little marks on the inside which was fair enough,
Even sending me videos while talking in the background saying as you can see the car is absolutely perfect condition with no marks at all… (videos to prove)

I then decided to take the plunge and drive all the way down there (6 hours)
On arrival I was greeted by a young chap who unlocked the car then went back in his office while I checked it out ,
I first noticed all the stone chips that had poorly been touched up on the bonnet , (which stone chips are expected on a car of this age 4 year old, but was no mention of them) so straight away was a red flag
I then started looking at the “immaculate black wheels “ that the had reassured me about , which 3 out of 4 were curbed but coverd over with black paint ..
I then noticed that the was a mark on every door off were it had been opened up on something, I then noticed 2 little dints on the back quater near the back door , I then opened the doors and noticed a rip in the leather on the passenger door card that had not been mentioned , I noticed the ambient lighting for the front drivers door and rear drivers door was not working , I then closed the door and walked back to the front of the car and noticed the front bumper had been poorly repainted as the was blue over spray all over the gloss black vents , I then went in to speak with the salesman and pointed out everything and explained how disappointed I was that I had drove all that way for this car! After none of the above was mentioned (12 hour round trip)
And his reply was sorry but it is priced accordingly!!! He then spoke with his manager who then offered to knock £200 off for all the above I pointed out !

Please don’t be like me and just trust this company and travel for miles , and if you do go please fully inspect the car taking note of what I’ve mentioned above , DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT, like the ask for as it’s none refundable,
I was lucky enough to decline paying a deposit but still lost out on a days holiday, fuel to get there and insurance cover deposit which is very annoying but lesson learnt !

Do you really think I would travel all the way from Sunderland to Kent just to pull your car apart?
The car was nearly £28,000 .
I was not just going to hand over money with out fully checking it .. yes i checked it over for 2 hours because i was absolutely gob smacked.
Please review the videos that you sent to me and tell me if any of the above was mentioned to me? Because it wasn’t!
Yes I tried to get some money knocked off the car because I had travelled all that way and did not want a wasted journey , I was actually considering spending more money on getting the car fixed providing I could get some money knocked off the asking price . And if your cctv was that good , it will of caught me looking on eBay for a new internal passenger door card to replace the ripped one on your 4 year old car.
Once again me trying to find solutions just so I could buy the car still.
I did not demand anything, I actually handled the situation very well considering the predicament I was in.
And To any one reading this review , your reply just will never justify the experience I had with your company.
No matter what you try reply To me no one will ever believe that I done a 12 hour round trip just to pull your car apart to get a discounted price , then failing so going home and writing a bad review for no reason.
Then also trying to talk down to me with your reply does not look good as a company basically implying I mustn’t of had the full money (I know you have not said that but you might aswell of) because you stated condition obviously wasn’t the problem considering I still tried to renegotiate and buy the car

The car was well presented as is the whole dealership and their website. The buying process was smooth and problem free. I took delivery of the car in their new and classy delivery room. Sales staff kept in contact with me throughout the sales process and facilitated an appointment for my first viewing of the car within an hour to fit in with my travel plans.

Great guys would highly recommend. Excellent service.

I bought a 2021 VW Golf GTE which was in an excellent condition, great specs, low mileage and very reasonably priced compared to not as well equipped GTEs. The service from this company was excellent and certainly the quickest and easiest buying experience I’ve had. Staff were all really helpful, not pushy and sent me detailed videos of the car (as I live in Wales so couldn’t come see in person). Both Jack and Jamie were brilliant! As a result we had this car delivered (surprisingly reasonable price too) on top of truck and remained in a great and clean condition. The after sales experience was also great too.
Overall, excellent and highly recommend! We will certainly consider buying from them again in future.
