I needed to buy a particular type of crutches on the advice of my physiotherapist. After some research and an extensive web search I settled on "Your Essential Shop" based on positive reviews and competitive pricing.
The crutches are of excellent quality,don't click -clack and are very comfortable to use. Plus being registered disabled I can claim VAT exemption on all my orders .

We ordered a wheelchair back pack with crunch holders on .Very impressed with the size and practicality .exactly what we needed.great price too and quick delivery with royal mail.highly recommend.

Altough not used yet it seems good quality but the velcro is a bit strong for us old ones

Made an order of 12 step boxes for a school production on June 23rd with estimated delivery of 3 to 5 days. No dispatch email; phone number doesn't get answered and just eventually cuts out; and emails are not responded to. Beginning to think this is a scam website and the school paid over £300 for the items needed for a show next week. Impossible to speak to anyone. Maybe someone from the company can respond to this?

When rang as had no feedback was advised out of stock but said would try to get one for us. Despatched within 24 hours of call. Great service and product

When you are having to use a crutch for the rest of your life having one with style and comfort is a great thing.
It was very easy to order and it arrived safely the next day (Saturday) It was very simple to put it to the correct hight and it is very stylish.
The service from Y.E.S. was great I completely recommend.

I ordered crutches from this company. The photo clearly shows Two crutches. The delivery contains one crutch. What use is one. By using the s on the end of the wording means more than one.
I have written to this company twice and received no reply. They have kept my money and not supplied the product as advertised.
I am now having to go through the process of complaining to the credit card company about this transaction.
Do not buy from this company.

Good product

My order from 6th june 2025 has not arrived. Ive emailed twice, left 2 msgs on their contacts form and tried to telephone, which rings a couple if times then cuts off.
Awful service, no communication.
Ive given them 48hrs to respond then will get barclays to request my money back.

Waited nearly 2 weeks. Item was never recieved in that time.

Haven’t received order which was placed 04/06/25, after numerous emails and phone calls, I was eventually told there was a delay in my order and the customer service team would have to speak to a manager and would call back, that was days ago, I am on the verge of cancelling my order and requesting a refund.
