Ça fait plusieurs années que j'ai commandé. On a reçu 2 communications en 3 ans. C'est une vrai arnaque. Mon compte client a été supprimé. Payé au complet.

definitely a scam

ordered in october without so much as a confirmation email just a receipt. recently looked at other reviews here to see that people that ordered years ago still havent received theirs and that they have rebranded to Portabl to mislead new customers. have contacted both Slidenjoy and Portabl to request a refund and cancel my order and have been ignored by both.

dont order from them. thats hundreds of £ im likely never going to get back and a product that probably doesnt even exist.

edit: i have been added to the refund list and they are currently processing my refund with no available timeframe.

The product exists, but we encountered many problems during the production process as you may have read on many articles.
But we managed to get rid of most of these problems and we have started the deliveries.

The biggest scammers !

Absolutely the biggest scammers on kickstarter

Been trying for years to get my deposit back but just met with nothing but lies and 'weve directed this to our payment dept"

Such a promising idea but I've been fobbed off and scammed like others.

Tried to claim against Slidnjoy & kickstarter but nothing ever happened.

Please stay clear of these thieves

Obscene non-negative experience

Like many others, I joined the project in 2016 and to date I have not received any product except three rebrands and a year of total absence, reappearing then claiming to have suffered an almost scam from those who had to produce the product but to date nothing has yet been shipped. Be wary of these people and do not order the product from their site because perhaps it will never arrive!

This can rival the greatest scam of any century. After nearly 3 years and out of pocket by a few hundred £££ I can truly say that I have fallen to the greatest con of all time. I’ve sent multiple emails and every time get the same response ‘we’ve had delays in finding resources, or ‘we’ve had delays because of this, that and the other’. Now it appears SlidenJoy have rebranded to Portabl.com who don’t event have the common courtesy to respond to communication with an automated email. Heard absolutely nothing. How can I get a full refund???

J'ai commandé le miens en septembre 2019 mais toujours rien..... commande #155457
j'ai eu depuis 2019 de nombreux échanges par mail avec eux..... toujours la même réponse, ils ont pris du retard, ça va être livré très bientôt. Ensuite il y a eu le Covid, puis les ports chinois, etc...
Demande de remboursement sans succès.
Bref, je n'y crois plus.
J'aimerais savoir si vraiment quelqu'un a déjà eu entre les mains ce produit!!
Slidenjoy, je vous invite à me répondre par mail, votre site étant désormais HS, d’ailleurs une copie du site a fleurie.... mais nos compte n'existe plus.............

Choqué de l’arnaque !!!

Je suis choquée des avis que j’aurai dû lire avant d’acheter en octobre 2021, comme les autres, j’ai échangé avec eux pour avoir plus de précision, puis je l’ai acheté, et après quelques échanges d’attente, je n’ai plus de réponse depuis ce début d’année.

Nothing Delivered But Broken Promises

I placed my order (deposit) several years ago, back when it was still a Kickstarter project. I paid the remainder when they asked for it in 2019 (Order #153942) foolishly believing they were making progress. I have sent 3 emails in the last 6 months asking for an update; all have been ignored. After years gone by with nothing delivered but broken promises, I'm ready to admit that I have been scammed.

I'm going to give them until March 2022. After that, I plan to reach out to my consumer protection lawyer about any legal recourse I might have.

I ordered my slide in 2016. Since then I quarterly send mails when this will be delivered. I always hear that production starts, shipping starts etc but nothing happens.
Today I tried to send my quarterly mail > My Account is not available any more and seems to be deleted! No response via chat (although in working hours), Phone number is invalid.

Edit:
I am a step further. No responses from slidenjoy. After hours of search, I found that this is now called portabl and I have to re-activate my account. Order is still in process. Let`s see when I get my screens.

I placed an order in spring of 2019 and…

I placed an order in spring of 2019 and paid in full in fall of 2019. Never have received the product. All I have ever gotten is excuses as to why they have not shipped anything. When I ask for a refund those emails get ignored. Then the multiple name changes to the company followed by a new website and never once a notice of any changes. This is a scam that they know how to continue to get people to order with a new fancy looking website but no product ever shipped. Avoid this company and if anyone knows or has done a class action lawsuit let us know so we can join in the the lawsuit to try to get some money back and completely shut down this scam company.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Placed my order back in 2017. It's December 2021 now. Been asking for a refund. First, they kept ignoring me. After persistent emailing, they responded and said they will refund my money when the first batch is shipped. I kept telling them there is no correlation between shipment and refund. Just return my money, you have not been able to ship in the last 5 years, there won't be any shipment for the next 5 either. Now they have blocked my email address.
