Never been delivered give my money back It's been over 2 years now!!!

Commande validée (payée intégralement) en novembre 2019. Toujours rien reçu. Je n'ai jamais de nouvelles, sauf lorsque je les relance par mail concernant la situation de livraison. Ils me répondent à chaque fois par une newsletter non personnalisée à mes questions (pourtant précises), tentant de m'endormir avec toutes leurs misères soit-disant rencontrées lors des différentes phases d'avancements de production... Bref, je crois que je vais souscrire effectivement à la démarche collective de poursuite contre cette entreprise. Cela fait 1 an et 1 mois aujourd'hui. Damien Z.

Pareil attente commande depuis MAI 2020. En lisant les avis je me rends compte que je me suis fait avoir. Bien domage, je penses qu'un jour ils vont le payer.

Horrible! These guys are terrible. No customer service, no deliveries, absolutely do not buy from them.

I have contacted them too many times to count. I ordered very early on and have received nothing to date. Its been at least two years. They are full of excuses and deliver nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased a little over a year ago, paid in full and received empty promises and stupid template emails stringing me along. When I requested a refund, they stopped communicating.

If you have paid any money at all....join the law suit. We can send a message to these crooks and scam artists. We need to stand up & take back not just our money but our self respect. These jokers are NOT a charity and we did not choose to donate our hard earned money to their luxury lifestyle. Let's take a stand together and make a difference. Send a unified message to them that we are not going to stand for this any more.

When i saw their product i was very happy to buy, but then i found that it is possible to be a scam. I tried to ask them if i make an order when do i receive my package. They replied: "Your Slide should be delivered within 1 to 2 months (3 to 4 for new customer) from your confirmation date. You will receive of course an email with your tracking number 1-2 weeks before the shipping

Total scam. I started with $60 deposit March 23, 2017. Paid May 2020 the rest at $289. Received false hope over and over. Exasperated. This profit is a total fugazz and scam beyond. I am a fool for believing. Fed up

Ordered my Slide almost a year ago and still nothing. The told me a few months ago it was shipping soon. This is what they sent me as an update yesterday.

Hey guys,
We take benefit of a slightly quieter moment on our side, to keep you informed of the last miles and good news 🙂
We were waiting to have concrete elements to share with you, because the post-injection processes are not the funniest and easiest to perceive from an outside point of view.
The team is currently in full testing procedure, especially on longevity, to be sure that the Slides perfectly meet the requirements of international legal guarantees to which the device is committed. Even if we are dreaming of already delivering a few first units to get your feedback and reactions, it is necessary to go through some unavoidable pre-deliveries steps, in which we are currently involved. We receive the results in dribs and drabs and the first ones have arrived, we are more than satisfied.
As we already mentioned at the very beginning of the adventure (but hey, since it's been a long time... let us remind it to you) the Slide is guaranteed for 2 years. And in practice, it's obvious that it must work for a much much much longer period of time.
To do this, and to make sure, it must be tested by "accelerated aging", both at the level of the electronics and each of its components. The hinges must be able to resist several thousand rotations, the internal wiring must not be subject to wear and tear, gaps must not be allowed to widen, and no other potential defects that could affect its use must be found.
For your information, and in case some of you are taking your vacations in Belgium or are still in the area of our offices, we continue to regularly welcome some of you who would like to try the Slide for yourselves. So do not hesitate to send us a short e-mail to plan your visit to the HQ, if you could not come at the beginning of the vacations 🙂
Of course, we will keep you informed as soon as we have received all the results and concrete information on the delivery timeline (as we know that this is what you expect the most). And if, in the end, we can't be proud to have been the fastest project to deliver (we grant you that), we can at least rejoice in having a product that is the result of no concessions.
If a few weeks ago we avoided taking more risks regarding potential date announcements, we are beginning to have a clearer view on the happy events that will follow very soon 🙂

This is a scam. Ordered 3 years ago, no delivery yet. Last they said, it will be delivered by the end of 2019. It's September 2020, still no delivery. Been sending them a refund request daily for over a month now -- 83 emails sent as of September 4, 2020. They do not respond to refund requests.

It's a scam, don't send them anything!
I still haven't gotten my money back.

I am one of many who got scammed by these guys. I made a down payment back in 2016. For years they have promised delivery dates. I *almost* sent them the balance for their alleged product but did not. This is the worst company ever. They have stolen thousands of dollars. I cannot believe this is allowed to continue.

Just another victim of this scam.. They took a $90 "deposit" from me 2 years ago. Now they want me to pay my "remaining balance" before they ship me anything.. still haven't heard of a single person actually owning one of these..

I supported this business 5 years ago and have not received anything for my money. Their communication is practically nonexistent, and when they do speak, its lies, after lies, after lies... DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
