I've never been the type of person to buy things online. On the whole, I prefer personal service. I like being able to ask questions, get personal opinions from the agent, real experiences. That's why I enjoyed using Your Travel. My agent, Richard, was direct, helpful and open with his personal opinions and experiences. I didn't feel as if I was being sold to (I hate that, it puts me right off). He didn't push. He didn't try to persuade me. He provided what I needed, and gave me comparative information when I requested it. I had already done my research online, and knew he was straight up because his answers compared well with my online research. Altogether a very stress-free and pleasant experience.

I have recently had the opportunity to use YourTravel for booking my flights to New Zealand. Just wanted to share my experience of booking out dream holiday with Dale Whitney at Your Travel.

We have been planning a family holiday to the states but have no experience as most of our holidays have been beach holidays. With teenagers we wanted to give them a holiday to remember before they decide they don't want to go with us anymore.

This was such an easy and painless way to book our trip. I spoke to Richard at YourTravel and he was able to save us £450 on business class flights to Dubai. Before speaking to him we were just going to book online as usual. But after today's call to YourTravel and the great service, they have gained themselves a customer for life

From the beginning to the end an absolute fantastic experience of Las Vegas. All flight recommendation and hotel recommendation brilliant. Travelled in virgin atlantic -premium economy, brilliant service fast tracked check in and boarding. Dale had booked us lounge passes in private lounge which was unbelievable and added a VIP feeling to the trip. Upon arrival in Las Vegas we went to our hotel again recommended by Dale. The Cosmopolitan what a fantastic hotel. We had wrap around terrace suite which was unbelievable. You could see the whole strip from the 2 balconies the suite came with as well as the pool and marquee night club.
Thanks Dale for making my 40th special. Will be using you again next year for my mates 40th for Vegas again.

I booked 2 holidays through Your Travel; Hamburg and Las Vegas.

Both holidays went without a hitch, the accommodation and flights were superb (and I was given multiple options for flight times and hotels, with recommendations and ideas for each).

The initial service, regular communication and after care was great (which is a rarity these days, often when you've bought something the service can go down hill). I would recommend using Your Travel all day long.
