I worked through this agency as an NHS agency staff and had generally expected to be supported if problems arose.

Following an NHS shift on 1 July 2024, I raised concerns about my experience, including what I believed to be discriminatory treatment and the impact it had on me professionally. I was disappointed by how my concerns were handled and did not feel that I received the support or impartial investigation I had hoped for.

Communication was limited, and I was left feeling that my concerns had not been properly addressed. The experience had a significant effect on my confidence and my career.

I appreciate that others may have different experiences, but this review reflects my own experience with the support I received at the time.

I hope the agency continues to strengthen the way it responds to staff who raise concerns, ensuring that every worker feels listened to, respected and treated fairly.

Avoid this agency at all costs. I have been with them twice as I was assured certain ppl left and on both occasions I have transferred to another agency. Their service is substandard, they have no values, they lie and even hinder the transfer process. Now that I have left, finally I am no longer being hounded by daily calls, emails, etc…
