Maintenance Team are great!
One day, I was working in my flat when I encountered a frustrating maintenance issue. No matter what I did, I couldn't seem to solve the problem. I tried everything from turning it off and on again to sacrificing a goat to the tech gods, but nothing seemed to work.
Just when I thought all hope was lost, Jonathan from the maintenance team swooped in to save the day. He was like a superhero, complete with a cape and mask.
He listened carefully to my problem and then got to work, a brief half an hour later my maintenance issue was fixed and he even cleaned up the mess too.
I thanked Jonathan profusely, and he just smiled and said, "No problem, it's all in a day's work."

Maintenance team are great!
Had several problems with my place that I wasn't aware of when viewing the property. Damon and Jonathan came out to fix them from time to time, and every time they've done an amazing job! Very thankful for them making my living space safer and more comfortable.

Worst agency in Leeds
YPP is by far the worst agency I had to deal with in Leeds. The have falsely accused us of damaging the window and tried to take over £400 from our deposit. When we tried to resolve the issue with them, they withheld evidence and tried to negotiate the price for damage we didn't do. Thank god for deposit protection who saw they were full of it and ruled in our favour. Avoid. They will try to screw you over.

DO NOT USE YPP Leeds!
They advertise incorrect prices on Rightmove and do not give correct information at viewings regarding payments.
This company wanted 1 weeks rent holding fee plus 1 months rent deposit plus 3 months rent in advance, 7 months before moving into the property! As a student, I could not afford this and they refuse to refund holding fee
