Mashallah Brother Faheem
Mashallah Brother Faheem has really looked after me, So far I would highly recommend him at Zaitoon travel. With an incredibly busy schedule I haven’t had the time to search or look into an umrah package. Brother Faheem listened to my criteria and made it happen while also providing insightful information to ensure a smoother experience. Looking forward to going and will further update on my return.

Mixed feelings
The transport between Madina Makka and Jeddah was good. But everything else was a blur, hotels the agent was unclear, Alshohada Hotel for 4 people not the best. The flights were very unclear for a very long time. Stuck at our transit on the return flight stressing. Honestly, if they had been clear then to be honest it wasn't their fault, it was the airports and air services but it is their service that they deal with it at least when they can not ignore it until last second.
If they are inexperienced then May Allah grant them towfiq for better services and ease in their dealings.

Dear Sir,
I apologize for the inconvenience, but I am very surprised. We asked you multiple times in writing during your journey if you experienced any problems, and you consistently told us in writing that everything was going smoothly and perfectly. Given that, why have you posted inaccurate information here? This is an Umrah journey—please do not misguide others
Very Bad
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Zaitoon Travel. Our flight was canceled, and to make matters worse, they did nothing to help us. No compensation, no alternative arrangements—just complete silence and zero support. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a different agency or book it yourself.

I have booked again through Faheem. He has been exceptional from start to finish. Unfortunately this time round we could not travel due to my father falling ill. Faheem worked tirelessly to get me a refund through the airline and help me with all documents for the travel insurance.
Would definitely use Zaitoon travel again and Faheem for his outstanding customer support.
