I had a very good experience with Faheen he was very helpful. I refer him I liked his work he tried very hard. Thank you

Have not received my refund over 2 weeks.. what a shame, they promise you with good deals into buying the package but once your plan changes for any reason, they behave unprofessionally. Very disappointed. Can’t trust them anymore.

I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency while booking my Umrah package. The brother nam uzair was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I have a disability and cannot walk long distances, so I requested hotels that would be comfortable and suitable for my condition. He went out of his way to help me and carefully arranged hotels and flights that matched my needs perfectly.

He was very understanding, supportive, and truly cared about my comfort throughout the process. I am very grateful for his help and honesty. In the future, I would definitely love to travel with this agency again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate service.

I'm planning my Umrah trip to Saudi Arabia with sister Sajida and I'm really impressed so far! Alhamdulillah, she has handled everything from flights to accommodation and even sorted out my visa. Super knowledgeable about the country and its culture, gave me loads of useful tips to make my spiritual journey smooth. Communication has been spot on, responded to all my queries quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again. May Allah accept our Umrah and prayers 🙏

I am currently in Madinah on my first Umrah tour. I’m here with my elderly parents who have mobility issues. At first I was anxious about coming here with them as I was concerned about how I’d manage. Alhamdo’Lillah I booked through brother Faheem who reassured me the hotels would have easy access to both Al-Harams and truthfully speaking everything has been above my expectations, so much so that I have already booked my next package, again with brother Faheem Insha’Allah for later this year. I 100% recommend Zaitoon Travel. The very personal service I have received has been exceptional. Brother Faheem has been in touch with me throughout the trip to check if everything is to my satisfaction offering advice and guidance as needed. If you’re considering Hajj/Umrah then please consider Zaitoon Travel as I’m confident you won’t be disappointed Insha’Allah.

I am very happy to contact Zaitoon company,Brother Ahmed is very helpful and cooperative to provide best packages and all details.

Our experience has been excellent so far with faheem has answered all questions as I’m a bit apprehensive he has however replied very quickly and been excellent we are travelling in February so will update inshallah once we have travelled

Alhamdulillah my experience with sister Sajida for my parents Umrah travel arrangements was exceptional. From her dedication to providing comprehensive support, even during non working hrs (may Allah SWT reward her good efforts) extending far beyond the typical scope of a travel agent's responsibilities! Even before I committed to travelling with Zaitoon, she offered me invaluable guidance and reassurance, addressing all my concerns with patience and empathy. She went far beyond trying to sell me a package, and every conversation was led by her fear of Allah and her want to do honest work and service to people. This level of care fostered a sense of trust and comfort, which I much appreciated when planning such a significant trip.

Her expertise in compiling the Umrah packages was clear, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect, from flights and accommodation to ground transportation and visa processing. She really respected my needs and preferences as well as my budget, and treated the packages as if it was her own parents going for Umrah! All of the travel agents i interacted with were very nice, but what truly set her apart was her genuine emotional support. She even made dua that even if I didn't go with Zaitoon Travels, she genuinely prayed I am able to facilitate Umrah for my parents. This sincerity and honesty made me aware that the company she works for must be an honest and well respected place - Zaitoon Travels well done for having an employee like her! she deserves far more than a bonus please aha

Unfortunately I couldn't proceed with the trip due to my parents circumstances, but during the moments of stress and anxiety, her comforting words and reassurance was a profound source of strength for me Alhamdulillah, she genuinely made me feel cared for. Arranging umrah with sister Sajida transformed what could have been a stressful planning process into a easier and spiritually uplifting experience. I wholeheartedly recommend sister Sajida to anyone seeking not just a travel agent, but a compassionate guide for their Umrah/Hajj! InShaAllah, when my parents situation gets better, i will plan my mum's and my family's first Umrah with Zaitoon Travels.

JazakAllah for all of your help, support and guidance sister Sajida, you have been very helpful Alhamdulillah! May Allah SWT continue to reward you and facilitate Umrah for you and your parents many times!

I had an excellent experience with Zaitoon Travel, and I would especially like to thank Uzair for his consistent support throughout our Umrah trip — even while I was abroad.

Everything was sorted well in advance, from transportation, hotel and visas, and Uzair guided us clearly on what needed to be done at every stage.

Communication was always a top priority, despite time zone differences, and there were no hidden or extra costs involved.

The hotels arranged were top class, and the entire experience of Umrah for my children and our family was truly memorable. Alhamdulillah, it was a smooth and stress-free journey.

I would highly recommend Zaitoon Travel to anyone planning Umrah. Lots of duas for the very helpful and dedicated agent, Uzair. May Allah reward him abundantly. Ameen
