Disappointing quality and not 'cards'

Our much-loved German Shepherd recently passed away, and I ordered photo thank-you cards from Zazzle—the first time I’ve used this company. I wanted to t hank people like our vet and other people who have helped us with our dog over the years.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects of the service. The delivery took a full week, which felt quite slow. More importantly, I ordered what were described as “cards” and expected folded cards with space to write a message inside; instead, I received postcards. The quality of both the cards and the envelopes was also below what I had anticipated.
Given that the price wasn’t cheap, this was particularly disappointing. I’m not sure I would choose to use Zazzle again.

SCAMMERS

They say they sent order ID 131-48464240-5168983 but it has not arrived. Tried many times to get in touch with their non existent customer services and sent messages etc., The only thing that's working is a stupid chat assistant that tells me my order hasn't been delivered. Thanks for letting me know something I know already and trying to solve. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

UPDATE :
Got this order refunded. I could have done without the inconvenience. I still will never use Zazzle ever again.

High quality and very trustworthy

Very high quality prints, and great customer service if you have any issues. They even send you multiple warning before your free trial ends, to make sure you don't accidentally subscribe if you don't want to.

I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting professional looking prints. If anything goes wrong they'll sort it out without issue.

The postage was fast for us too - after picking the 5-8 day option, it arrived in 3 days.

The assistant Cait was very helpful at resolving a problem and creating the item I was having difficulty with thank you!

The assistant Cait was very helpful at resolving an issue I had when trying to match the design and materials for various wedding stationery etc. Thought outside the box when one item was not possible to do on Zazzle as would have reduced the print quality so I'm pleased they were customer focused not just about sales.

Very good quality product

Very good quality product - delivered quickly. Slight issue with the order but they sorted it without hesitation and got a replacement out within days - excellent service all round would highly recommend.

Although the original order was produced in the wrong colour the item was reprinted and sent out via the fastest post available as soon as I raised the issue with Marina in customer services. Thank you.

I am not able to cancel a subscription

I am not able to cancel a subscription, chatted to the auto bot that said there is no active subscription, but I have an email saying they are going to take money off me, I phoned customer service, there is a message saying talk to the auto bot or email which have not worked, no option to cancel it on my account, the bank are aware & if they take money off me the back will get it back, nothing but scammers

Designed 100 business cards which are…

Designed 100 business cards which are double sided, order arrived and half aren’t double sided and some are blank bits of paper.
The cards have ink bleeds, scuffed edges, poor paper quality with marks on paper before printing.
There also isn’t 100 cards and half are damaged as stated above.
Poor quality and clearly no quality control.
Waiting for a response from the company, not impressed.

Terrible service- ordered a photo print…

Terrible service- ordered a photo print tote bag on 7 January and as of 31 January, am still waiting for it! No tracking info provided so can’t get updates on where it is and customer service options are ridiculous. You can’t speak to a human on the phone, their chat bot is useless and e-mail was futile. I ordered this on behalf of my father in law for his wife's birthday which was Wednesday 27 January and she didn't get a gift.
