The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. They dont reply to the DMs or the email, and werent cooperative on changing the pant size even though it was available on the website. The should provide a size chart on their website, because alot of the confusion is about sizing. Also they keep deleting my comments on IG instead of taking and handling the critique in a professional way. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, its not worth your money.

AWFUL. Avoid at all costs
They don’t even deserve one star, this company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The only reason I didn’t assume they were a scam and file for a chargeback from their poor customer service was because they were recommended to me by a friend so I knew it was an actual company.. though you wouldn’t believe it from the way they operate.
I ordered in mid February, and it’s now almost the end of May… and I’m still chasing a resolution. The first package took two weeks to receive, and the custom item I ordered was missing for weeks until it turned up out of the blue. Constantly asked for updates and was continuously told I’d be given a tracking number and dispatch email for each package, which didn’t happen at all. I then needed to size down the t-shirt from L to S, as they have no proper measurements on the site so I had to essentially guess from the lookbook. I requested an exchange on March 2nd, and only got a response two weeks later. Sent the L size back mid-March, and I received the exchanged t-shirt at the end of April (!!) and it came in damaged packaging, and was damaged itself with small brown flecks all over it and a part at the front that was blackened and looked like it had been pulled on something. NO response despite numerous emails and DM’s, they delete my comments on Insta, and only just responded now saying I will get a proper response ‘soon’ because I publicly commented about their poor customer experience, instead of bothering to even look into it. It seems they care more for their reputation and profit margins than anything else, which is sad for a Muslim-owned company. To quote on why they delete comments from their response in the DM’s: ‘the team is currently dealing with a large volume of request and your order will be attended to - deleting Of comments is to reduce further enquiries’. Sure.
At this point I just want my money back for the damaged item because I don’t want to interact with them anymore, or even wear the items I currently have as I’m just so frustrated with this entire experience. I try my best not to judge as running a business is difficult, but getting it wrong so many times is not a mistake - at this point, it’s a choice. They’ve chosen to make customer experience/satisfaction the last priority, and it’s clear from the constant comments they delete from their Instagram from people literally begging for answers to their DM’s about their orders. No accountability, no transparency, no apology, and absolutely undeserving of trust and of spending money with. Do NOT bother, the concepts are nice but for their quality, time it takes to dispatch, and the ridiculous lack of customer service, it’s not worth it.
