Buggy, dated and incorrect

They have great numbers, but over the last few years, things have gone awry.

I follow a single club and I've begun to notice its stats are not accurate. For two matches in a row they made fundamental errors, attributing actions to the wrong player, and when I reported it, I was told I had to fill out a form to let them know - not really the issue.

It's expensive, and when I renewed last, they didn't tell me about the cheaper packages, instead trying to sell me a £1000 model, when I'd been using one at just over £600. Only because of my perseverance did I get it cheaper.

Then there is the UX - awful. It's buggy, and when i complained it was me they said was at fault - my browser needed updating, I should open in an incognito window. Each time they offered the advice, they closed my ticket, so I never got an actual response.

The interface hasn't changed in the five years I've used it, and despite asking for some features, they never listen. Given the price, the inaccuracy in the stats and the blanking of suggestions and issues, I'm going to have to find an alternative.

That's a shame, because the actual database, if it were accurate, is first-rate.

Among the absolut worst CS I have seen ever…

Among the absolut worst CS I have ever seen.
I'm using the services maybe every 2 months or so. As a hobby purpose as a private individual, and more or less their cheapest pacake. But me myself is not making any money or so from their services.
I asked to please cancel the package due to some financial issues privately and their first though was to threat to involve their legal team?
What in the world.

Agent Package is not as advertized

It is Buggy.
It is unusable in most Browsers.
The Agent Package is a complete Fraud - they advertise "more than 12.000 Contacts in the Messaging System" and then you can maybe ... find 500. Not as Advertised at all - i am in dispute with them about it.
It is very expensive and the Customer support is very bad / slow.
They dont add any features or develop the platform further, Hudl.com who bought them seems to simply not care.
They have errors in their data reports and are slow to fix them. I had to write them 6 Emails for Duplicate Entries in one Team........

I will quit the subscription as the overall quality for this amount of money is just not worth it. I dont see the plattform or any of its services getting better in the future.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I cancelled my annual subscription 12 hours after billing, despite no warning from Wyscout, and was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund and would have to wait til 2023 to cancel again. I’m an agent with over 50 players and I can safely say I’ve used the tool about 4 times in 3 years. Not useful at all

Meine Erfahrung mit Wyscout

Ich hatte mich nach Empfehlung zum 14.tägigen Free-Trial angemeldet und wollte Wyscout für meine Tätigkeit als Sportwetten-Analyst nutzen.
Die Informationen auf dieser Seite sind nützlich.
Allerdings wollte ich kein Jahresabo für über 300€ abschließen und habe dementsprechend nach knapp 4 Tagen mein Trial gekündigt, damit es nicht kostenpflichtig wird. Seitdem wurde aber auch mein Login gesperrt und ich kann die restlichen 10 Tage meiner kostenlosen Testphase nicht nutzen.
Finde ich ganz ehrlich einen sehr schwachen und unseriösen Zug von Wyscout.
Ich wäre im Laufe des Jahres sicher bereit gewesen, ein Jahresabo abzuschließen, aber mit dieser Art und Weise der Kundebehandlung sehe ich davon ab.

In a word, AVOID.

Awful company and terrible customer service. Explored the free trial option and cancelled a week before the expiry date to avoid paying for the year as didn’t see the benefit. To my amazement they still took the money after my trial and upon contacting them, they refused to refund me accusing me of lying and forgetting to cancel. The particular line of ‘1000 people a Month forget to cancel there subscription, it would be unfair to refund you’ excuse, I can see this company oozes desperation to extort money rather than provide a quality customer experience.
