Running a B2B SaaS with a small team…

Running a B2B SaaS with a small team means I cannot afford to bet on the wrong vendor. Before signing with Xedrum I had a handful of bad experiences with AI agencies that overpromised and underdelivered. What made the difference here was the discovery process. They spent two sessions understanding our user flows and pain points before writing a single line of code. The AI automation they built for our customer onboarding reduced manual handling by around 40 percent. Their engineers were responsive during sprints and honest when something needed more time. Still running strong eight months later. Highly recommend for any startup serious about AI.

We brought Xedrum in to help scale our…

We brought Xedrum in to help scale our SaaS platform and integrate AI features into our existing product. What stood out from the start was how quickly their engineers ramped up — they were contributing meaningful code within the first two weeks, not just sitting through onboarding. They built out our first AI agent for internal operations, helped us migrate parts of our infrastructure to a more scalable cloud setup, and improved our CI/CD pipeline along the way. Communication was transparent throughout, with regular updates and no surprises in scope or invoicing. Six months in, they feel more like an extension of our internal team than an outside vendor. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add AI capabilities without the typical agency headaches.
