I have recently achieved an IWFM Level 4 Diploma with the support and guidance from the Xenon Group. I have a passion for FM and wanted nothing more to progress in this subject. I wanted to achieve a highly regarded qualification but also want to expand my knowledge.

The classroom training was so helpful. Each assignment was explained so well with plenty of classroom activities and discussions. Not only did you get to know other people in FM from different companies, but it gave you the opportunity to share different experiences with each other. Everyone is encouraged to provide their own opinions and experiences. At the end of each session the assignment was explained fully to provide you with a clear direction on your assignment.

I’m not academic and did feel I was going to struggle with all 10 assignments but with the support and guidance provided by David, Sue and Naomi I was able to complete this well within the timeframe.

Thank you, Xenon Group, for supporting me with my biggest achievement yet.

IWFM was my first experience of formal learning since leaving university. The course material was comprehensive and easy to follow and the support from Sue to keep assignments on track with constructive feedback was invaluable. I already recommend Xenon Group to my team and wider FM colleagues.

Being based in Ireland and having never really completed a course of this nature via Distance Learning, I was, to be quite honest, petrified! I had no idea if I'd have the continuous motivation required to study, never mind complete the assignments. That's really where I feel the team at Xenon shine brightest. Even from another country, I always felt like the support was right beside me whenever I needed it - and believe me it was needed quite a bit. The support, the motivation, and the outright kindness of the team is something I have never experienced before and something I will be forever grateful for.

Sue and her team are extremely hard working and very patient and caring to all their students.

At times I found the course very difficult but with their patience and support I was guided back onto the correct tracks. To such an extent that I successfully passed the course.

Excellent service provider with a comprehensive support structure in-place in-order to assist students when and where required. Special mention to Naomi who helped me cross the final hurdle when time was running out.

Recently completed Level 5 IWFM course which turned out the correct choice to complete long distance learning. The support provided from Sue was outstanding. I've completed the course level 3 on the supervision of Naomi and Sue, who have always supported me with all modules pushing me to give my best. I really recommend this course to everyone who wants to improve their profession.

I really enjoyed the IWFM Level 4 Award in a week run by Xenon. I felt that independent study wouldn't work for me as I knew I find it challenging to commit time to completing distance learning. The FM tutor was really engaging and I really enjoyed (and learned from) other FM's experiences, was almost like therapy!

I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain this qualification - it is intense but really worthwhile!

One week IWFM level 4 award.

I attended the one week IWFM level 4 award course and really enjoyed it. The structure and delivery of the course material was at a relatable, engaging and comfortable level, all delivered by an FM tutor with many years experiences off different sectors within the industry.
There was a great mix of FM's on the course that added to the learning, giving different views you wouldn't get from solo study.
I found the Xenon team very helpful with the pre and post course support and communication excellent.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to gain the qualification.

I had a great experience with the guys at Xenon. After initially being apprehensive about the intensity of a 'Qual-in-a-week' I was left feeling reassured, welcomed and supported thoroughly as the week went on. The guys at Xenon, tutor including, set me up for success with the content delivery as well as the back of house support as the week went on. Cheers guys, will definitely be using again soon.
