The car that I booked was not available…
The car that I booked was not available upon arrival so we were offered a different car. It wasn't well maintained nor cleaned.
It was not possible to pay with card so I had to make a bank transfer.
The overall experience was okay, because we didn't have any problem, but I would not repeat, next time I will book a brand new car with a larger company

Good Audi cabrio
Unfortunately, I rented this car as a guest, so I can’t leave a review directly for the specific vehicle. However, I rented the white Audi Cabrio with the red roof and had a great experience.
The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the key handover was smooth, and the vehicle was very enjoyable to drive. The convertible roof made the trip even more special, especially in good weather.
I would also like to thank both the support team and the host. They answered all my questions quickly, stayed in contact throughout the rental, and were always helpful and professional. Their responsiveness gave me confidence and made the whole experience stress-free.
A special touch that I really appreciated was being greeted upon arrival with a sign displaying my name, which made the pickup process easy, welcoming, and very professional.
Overall, I highly recommend this car and the host. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!

Comfortable platform
Comfortable site. Our hotel suggested us to book from them. They are selecting supposedly best service providers in Albania when it comes to touristic services. Happy with the service. They waitted for our plane after midnight with no added cost. Would suggest to anyone
