The Xone Phone I got from Hyperstech is a Qukitel C15 Pro. I am in the USA on Verizon. After entering the phone's IMEI (ID number) I found that it is not compatible with Verizon. My first clue was that the Verizon SIM card wouldn't fit.

I just sent an email asking how I return it. Hope I get a good reply, or it's $200 USD down the drain.

Suffice to say virtually every detail in the online Ad is false.
The phone is Chinese through and through.
The phone comes from China and takes many weeks to arrive in the UK.
My phone was held in UK customs until I paid a release fee of £21 approx. which I did not pay.
Having by that time read the previously mentioned reviews on this site as opposed to other bogus ones which are actually ads.I contacted the seller and requested a refund.
The one star rating is for the customer support department which advised me to reject the delivery.l did this and received a full refund .shortly afterwards.
All is not lost if you act promptly.

I have been ripped off. the phone is as said an Oukitel 15pro available on ebay at £52.50. Worse than that is that PAYPAL sent emails about the dispute to my junk box, so I returned the phone tothe Birmingham address given me by Hyperstech for a full refund. Paypal have settled dispute in favour of Hyperstech because they said they would refund. NOW TODAY PAYPAL tells me that I had to return the phone to CHINA.
I cannot understand why my PAYPAL correspondence should all of a sudden go to JUNK.
So i have no phone, no resolution centre and lost £215.35

After complaining about the Xone phone non appearance to my TESCO bank credit card company I received an Email on 26/12/19 from Hyperstech support saying that my phone order has been refunded and it would appear in my credit card statement within 10 working days (seems a long time to wait!)

Ordered a Xonepnone in start november. After delay it arrived in beginning of december.
In their advertisement they claim that the phone is sent from a EU country, and in that way there will be no tax to pay. It is sent from China, and tax came on top of the costs.
NOW FOR THE WORST PART OF IT ALL.
The phone i recived was s cheap Oukitel c16 Pro.
Can be bought at Ali express for $ 69,37.
Company sending the phone is Hyperstech.
I have complained, and they try to convince me that the Oukitel phone is just as good as the phone they advertised
They even offered me a 10% didcount if i would keep it.
IT IS NOT NEAR THE SPECIFICATIONS PROMISED.
Can properbly not even support Danish language either.
They offer full compensation, if the phone is returned.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS AND THE TAX I PAYED.
KEEP AWAY FROM THAT SCAM COMPANY.

This company is less than professional. They send out the phone with out the appropriate charger for aust there is no manual to help and when you go on line to ask for help they want to rip you off for $5.00

Scam! they send you an Oukitel C15 pro that can be bought retail for £65 Also the specs are lower than they promote in their adverts - eg the camara is 8 and 2 MP not 16 and 6 MP and the battery is 3200mAh not 3350mAh.

See the other reviews here, this is quite clearly a scam, although a very good one with their slick, YouTube ads. BE WARNED!
I fell for their 'free next day delivery', 'Premium product' spiel, and paid up on 14th November. Sure I got an email the next day saying my order was being 'processed'. It was only after several follow-up emails dealt with by a company called Hyperstech that it became apparent that there was no real Xone company, they were just agents for various Chinese manufacturers. My phone is being delivered but, at the time of this review is still 20-25 days off coming. I'm not actually sure what I'm getting, not what I ordered I'm pretty sure. I have requested a refund, this has been refused.
It's a scam, pure and simple.

I have made a bad mistake it seems. I have ordered two Xone phones from Hyperstech after falling for there scam ad on youtube and elsewhere. Hyperstech are reviewed on Trustpilot with really bad feedback, I wish I had found this earlier. I've paid them through Paypal, another bad mistake preventing doing a charge back. Hyperstech don't respond to emails so it looks as if I'm going to be left with nothing. Don't fall for all the reviews online depicting the Xone phone it's a scam.
