One tweeter failed after just over 3 years. Yes, out of the 3-year warranty period, BUT.......Customer service refuses to sell me a replacement plug and play tweeter. I even offered to buy a pair so they would not have to break up a set. No go. They claim that the tweeters that are used in the XOUNTS system are not available as spare parts. If you own one, you know that they have to be plugged into the correct jacks and are not wired integrally within the unit. Horrible customer service and stay away from purchasing one of these units. Mine lasted just over 3 years and was no where used every day or week. Disappointed to say the least.

Their last response to me via email:

I wanted to follow up once more regarding your XOUNTS unit.
Our team has taken another look at your case internally. Unfortunately, we have to confirm that there is nothing further we can do in terms of repair. The tweeters used in the XOUNTS system are not available as separate spare parts, so replacing the individual component is not possible.
We also understand your point that the issue occurred after a relatively short period of use. Situations like this are certainly not what we expect from our systems, and we truly regret that you experienced this problem.
As mentioned previously, we offered you a 25% discount on a new XOUNTS unit. We would be happy to extend this offer for you until March 27th.
Please let me know if you would like us to activate the discount code for you, and I will arrange it right away.

Why in the world would someone accept this offer? At 25% off, it's still over $600.00 including shipping for a product that has already demonstrated it has issues. Fool me once......

Ordered by mistake tried to call to explain my young song and friends had got into my phone and to no avail 817 dollars taken out of my checking account!!!
Was told that there is nothing that can be done!! Buyer beware

Having small parties at home led me to buy my 2nd Xounts unit. WOW!, that bass knocks when I link them together! Completely fills the room.

There is no doubt that this is a great system to have in any setting, but If you often host get-togethers, I would especially recommend it!
As a support to the NFT community, I got mine with the Champ Medici Bored Ape skin.

I was exited about the purchase. Awesome quick shipping, but when I set this up the sound was a let down. The sound was no where near what i was expecting. sounds like bad speakers, crackling at a modest volume, I will be returning it for a refund.

The shipping was fast the customer service was great and the sound was amazing!!!!

Very dissatisfied amount of money I spend on this speaker and the tweeters rattle the way they do constantly having to wipe my hands down the exterior walls of the speaker to get the tweeters to come back into function some songs they play nice some songs they ain't s*** yes I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this speaker for the 750 bucks it cost me

Customer service was helpful on letting me know when my package will arrive after I asked, recieved my xounts speaker, was packaged very nice, went together well. But after listening to music thru it I wasn't very pleased. I thought it would be a bit louder than it is. Volume knob on the speaker doesn't do anything, it's all controlled by volume on my Bluetooth device. All in all I think it's way over priced for what I got.

Only received one speaker and trolley and I ordered two and paid for two!

Speaker is OK…definitely not worth the cost. Customer service after the sale was terrible. Buyer beware
