Not only are the people at Express Doctor some of the most helpful and professional people you can ever deal with, the speed and efficiency at which they get your delivery to you is absolutely amazing. The doctors are very highly skilled, attentive, and professional and really take time to assess your issue and offer the best and most effective advice and cure. I will never use any other online medical service except Express Doctor! They take care of everything from being able to getting you a prescription, to having it arrive straight at your door the next morning; what an incredible service. Not to mention, the have they best quality products that are available and are very reasonably priced. I would recommend Express Doctor 100%!

Quick and reliable service ,card payments would be preferred as it costs £25 transfer fee for each order .

Still waiting for delivery 2 days plus after prescription completed. Very little communication, very difficult to get an explanation. Extremely poor, especially given the high price. Even more disappointing as I have found the service efficient in the past. Service has gone downhill.

I have been ordering from Express Doctors over the past few years. I would never shop anywhere else as they are so efficient, so professional and helpful. Getting to chat to a doctor before your prescription is processed is excellent as they are very helpful. the customer service staff are brilliant and your order is with you a day or two later. A very safe, efficient and professional co,pay whom I would highly recommend.

I placed an order and it went very smoothly. My medicine arrived within days and works perfectly. I will definitely order again.

Fast efficient service and very professional. my own criticism is I wish I was able to pay for my medication by Credit Card as I originally did, rather than by Bank Transfer which takes longer and also incurs me an extra bank charge.

Ordered and approved before 3pm then heard nothing. I mailed them next day to be told order hadn't been sent due to technical issues. By 4pm day 2 still no sign of it being sent. Then given a tracking number that royal mail said was invalid. Then abused by staff member on live chat.
Did receive an apology and finally did get my order. I know problems come up but it is how you deal with them that make the difference.
This may have been a one off situation but it is the only experience I have with them.
On further contact with them regarding the product being damaged I was told " as forrest gump once said ' sh*t happens'. This company is a disgrace and have no idea how to treat customers.

Fantastic service, fast delivery,trustworthy,genuine, first time ive ordered on the internet and was surprised at the efficiency of this site.!

Very apprehensive about using an online pharmacy but I have to say this pharmacy was as all the other reviews said. Placed my order and while I was paying recieved a phone call informing me that I'd entered in a mistaken e-mail. Then further glitches with the order but the 2 girls I spoke to via web chat helped me very quickly. I ordered at around 11am on a Thursday and received my meds on Friday at 2pm......to Ireland! Wow!

Really great service cannot fault it. Really caring honest people wanting to help. They have helped me keep my job and still be a part of society by helping me manage my pain. I cannot thank them enough.

The only thing that let's this excellent service down is lack of credit cards taken.They only do bank transfers. That said the service was very good and all my questions were answered promptly.
Will definitely use again.

i use Express Doctor, so does my 87 yr old father, he can not talk over phone due to hearing problems. He sends emails as he gets confused, and every member of staff are so patient and helpful. The service they provide could not be improved,as it is excellent. You order one day, your order if approved arrives the next morning. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you Express Doctot
