Customer service was great from start to finish. Quotation was supplied quickly and updates with product shipment meant that I didn't have to follow up with anything.

Always reliable XS Network Tech
Always XS Network Tech do their best to get items out the door as quick as possible. We needed two GLC-T SFP's (but new) for an unexpected project requirement. And they had them in stock, at a good price, sent same day and it arrived the next day. Always very appreciative of Jenna.

Super glad to hear we were able to assist, thanks for the epic feedback Brian
Easy to complete my transaction
Easy to complete my transaction. Shipped as expected but the international shipping time was longer than what was noted during checkout so international buyers be aware. It took about a week longer than what was noted. Not a huge deal if you are not in a hurry. You will need to be around for your package arrival as I had to pay duty and taxes on the value of the shipment.
As for the service, it was great. They keep you up to date with the status of your order.
Overall I would definitely order again should the need arise.
