Literally the coolest bar in town! Kept at a constant -10°C, with everything down to the glasses made out of ice. The three drinks included in your ticket will certainly help to keep you warm in this ice-cold world.

Extremely underwhelming experience
The whole experience was extremely underwhelming. The reception bar is small and cramped with a disgustingly sticky floor. Staff behind the bar are rude and unwelcoming. There's a pirate theme throughout the bar which just seemed tacky.
The ice bar itself is very extremely small. It feels more like stepping into a large refrigerator than a bar. Not a lot to see and very dirty. Inside the bar you can use your other 2 tokens to get either Heineken or a shot. The size of the Heineken is less than 1/2 a pint.
This whole experience was 24 euro per person which honestly feels like a scam. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ik geef Xtra Cold Ice Bar 4 sterren juist omdat er niet in Nederlands geboekt kan worden ik heb daar geen moeite mee maar niet iedereen bereikt je er goed mee en dan word het boeken van een entree moeilijker als nodig is gemaakt daarom 4 sterren in plaats van 5

This was an awful experience.
The floors were so sticky, it felt like I was in a dirty nightclub.
There was an awful smell and the only drinks on offer were vodka, vodka cream and Heineken.
We left after being there 10 mins.
Save your money!

Große Enttäuschung
Wir wurden eiskalt und unhöflich rausgeschmissen und die Stimmung beim Personal war generell nicht gut gegenüber den Kunden. Im Internet ist es viel spektakulärer und besser beschrieben als es in der Realität ist. Keine Empfehlung, eher pure Geldverschwendung!

Service in the lounge bar was very…
Service in the lounge bar was very poor.. waited at the bar for 15minutes. Ice bar is quiet small and the choice of drinks in there are very limited beer or shots. The shots were very hard to drink ☺️☺️ would recommend only for the cool photos

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, if you’re considering going just do it - it’s the best thing my partner and I have found in Amsterdam so far we absolutely loved it - all the staff are amazing too!
