Unique experience and 20 mins was enough due to the obvious being cold. They do provide gloves and coat

Very disappointed in this ‘ must do while in Amsterdam’ drinks were absolutely awful, watered down cheap rubbish. Waited for a long time to get into the ice bar. It’s a dirty, tacky poor man’s version .
Coats and gloves were filthy.
The ladies toilets were an absolute disgrace. Stunk of urine, paper all over the floor, which was soaked .

15 (!!!)min durften wir mit 20 anderen Leuten in dieser "Eisbar" sein, bevor wir wieder hinausgeschickt wurden. Das war nix anderes als eine große Kühlkammer. Die Getränkeauswahl ließ stark zu wünschen übrig und auch die warme Kleidung die man bekam, war völlig durchnässt. Lasst euch nicht abzocken und investiert die 27€ sinnvoller!

Me and my girlfriend visited this bar whilst on our a trip in Amsterdam. It was an amazing experience! The staff were great and we didn’t stop laughing all the way through the experience. Would highly recommend! One name that did stand out was Jim on the photo bar!

Not used to having to book a "time slot" to visit a bar, but then not your ordinary bar. Had a great, unique time and the staff were friendly.

My friends and I bought the last available time for the visit, but unfortunately the tour didn't go as we expected, we didn't receive the golden token for a special drink and our time at the ice bar was reduced. We are from another country, so feeling that our reservation has had its experience reduced is extremely frustrating.

Très sympathique , ça change et très fun . Bonne ambiance. N’hésitez à venir 20 mn avant pour avoir le temps de boire le 1er verre sinon il faudra le boire d un seul trait on ne peut pas le prendre pour aller dans le ice bar .

Kind of felt like people were rushed through for the drinks, clothing is not warm enough to enjoy the full experience. Running out of the only drink I like just topped it off...

The bar itself was very cool, but our guide was very unfriendly/rude and was yelling at everyone when they ordered drinks. I couldn't tell if it was part of an act or just him. It seemed like from other hosts they didn't have the same issue.
