The team at XTrader have been simply amazing. Well here we go again
Well here we go again. Second lockdown! Our shop in London was hit particularly hard the first time around with footfall almost non existent. We looked for a way to move our business online. Xtrader provided a solution to integrate our POS system with a new web site enabling us to mix our own stock and their dropship range. Online sales have been slowly growing and although trade is far from ideal, moving online is helping. I have to say a particular thank you to Josh for his support in looking after this dinosaur.

SCAM
This company offers a service that requires you to dropship on ebay (as well as other services). Ebay do not allow drop-shipping therefore it is already risky. They do not tell you that this is not allowed on ebay. When a refund was requested they quickly changed the terms and conditions on their website making it impossible to get a refund. The items were listed on ebay but quickly removed without actually profiting from the software but this company still wont refund me. They value less than £400 more than their businesses reputation. I am a mother who was trying to start a business during lockdown so I could literally keep a roof over my 6 year old daughters head. They have essentially robbed me as I did not make any money from their software when I requested a refund. Be careful when dealing with this company as they will sneakily change the terms and conditions to suit themselves. They cannot be trusted. I was holding off to write this review however it has been a couple of months and they are still being awkward.
EDIT: Please tell me that you didn't change your terms and conditions after my complaint then? Because I have screen shots of the terms before and after you added the change to suit your own needs. This could have all been avoided for the sake of my refund. In our correspondence you said you were willing to give me a refund with a valid excuse. I gave you a valid excuse and you had no intention of refunding me. I did not ask anybody to write a review against you either. I am glad my review will remain on trust pilot for people to see. A company that claims to make soooo much money values roughly £360 more than their reputation.
And to lie and say I used it for several weeks is ridiculous. I used it for a few hours to upload things, then I found out from ebay that drop-shipping was not allowed so removed the items immediately. I didn't even sell anything. Never dealt with a bigger bunch of liars in my life. I look forward to reading the influx of fake positive reviews over the next few days.

Great Help
Xtrader has been invaluable to my business during COVID. In these fragile times they have stayed open and even under the pressure of lockdown shipped all my orders for me. I cannot say how relieved and grateful I am to have them as a supplier. They have kept my business afloat.

Adult Website Package and dropshipping service
Purchased one of their diamond packages recently and love the results. We specifically chose to spend extra on a mobile responsive site and this was the right choice.
Analytics shows that the majority of our customers are shopping on a phone or tablet so if you are looking into setting up a site, I would definitely recommend paying hte extra for this.
The X Trader site is full of helpful marketing advice and materials to help to promote your business.
Goods are dispatched swiftly and any issues with orders are quickly rectified.

Great company to use for dropshipping BUT
Great company to use for dropshipping and or wholesale the only downside I would say if you are selling on ebay is because they also appear to under the name of night-vixen-toys which and you cannot blame them makes it hard to compete with them if you are selling on ebay via dropship is it fair they should do it we will leave that one up to you to decide.
