On November 30, 2025, I purchased a lifetime access plan for $300. After receiving my payment, they stopped responding to my messages. Despite advertising 24/7 support, I never received the assistance they promised.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from XtreamHD UK. I left a negative review once, and they immediately contacted me asking me to remove it. After I did, they once again stopped responding. That was extremely disappointing.

If you’ve had a similar experience and paid by credit card, consider contacting your bank or credit card company to see whether you’re eligible to dispute the charge.

They also provided a WhatsApp support contact that ends in 4697 and claimed it offered 24/7 support. In my experience, that promise was not fulfilled after payment.

Please do your own research before purchasing and use caution.
