In this case, there was an issue with availability of your SOOQOO front canards which affected the expected dispatch date. Once you asked to cancel, your order was refunded in full back to your original payment method without delay.

We are sorry to read this and we would like to clarify a few important points.

When you contacted us, we responded and asked for photos so our technical team could review the fitment concern. After assessing the information provided, we directed you to open a formal fitment issue case through our returns portal so we could process this under our fitment guarantee.

As shown in the ticket you opened with our customer service team .a return case was never submitted through the link provided. Without a case opened in our returns system, we are unable to authorise or process a return.

We understand how frustrating fitment issues can be, especially when a part is intended as a gift. That is why we have a clear return process in place to resolve situations like this properly and fairly.

If you would still like to proceed, we are happy to assist. Please open a fitment issue case through our returns page and our team will take it from there.

In most cases, we can send out a replacement immediately and charge for the new grille, then refund once the original item is returned. Unfortunately, in this instance, the return was received before we were able to initiate that process.

We recognise there was some miscommunication, and we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible by providing a free return label and free replacement, which was the fastest resolution we could offer at the time.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration.

To clarify the timeline of your order and exchange:
• Your order was placed on June 27
• Shipped on July 7
• Delivered on July 19
• On July 21, you reported the exhaust tips were the wrong size — the original order was for a 60mm inlet, but you needed the 67mm M Performance version

We accepted your exchange request on July 22, but the return package wasn’t handed to FedEx until August 14, and it arrived with us on August 22.

Your replacement item was released the next day (August 23) and shipped on September 2.

We understand delays are frustrating, and we apologise for how long the process has taken. While the delay in returning the item contributed to the timeline, we’ve done our best to assist with the exchange and ensure the correct product reaches you.
