XYL Ships .com is nothing but a pure scam. The "company" generates fake package tracking info and there's no actual package being shipped. The company works in tandem with other scam sites like
1. FilaOnEspana.com (a fake ecommerce site),
2. Helpenline.com (a fake customer services contact email address)
3. QRA - a company that makes products (perhaps fake) and accepts payments in HKD on behalf of these scammers.

Should be no stars fake fake fake if tracking number is from them you wont get the package

Shipping scam associated with social media purchase. Product not delivered as indicated. Unable to contact XYLSHIPS.

It is a scam. As other reviews mentioned, they give you a fake tracking number so you can track your package and they keep you waiting but the package never arrives. At some point it shows delivered but you haven't received it. I just reported this to my bank and hope to get my money back.

Es una Estafa, todo es una estafa, ni Faina ni seguimiento, el 📦 aparece como entregado pero realmente no existe, te pones en contacto con la Faina y no te contesta, ES UNA ESTAFA TOTAL.

It's just a tracking number to amuse the customer who ordered from an equally fake website.

If you ever have the misfortune of ordering from a website and receive a tracking email from them, know that you've been scammed. It's the beginning of the end!

I gave it one star because you can't give less (if I could, I would have given it -5 to balance out their completely bogus 1.8 rating).

They will change their name. Used the same reviews are in my case, and add 1-2 more reviews with each name change. And they are all 5 Star Rating. They went from Mosul to Afros.net to Aubec with the same looking Websites. Eventually, they delete the first Website and continue on. O yeh, they will give you a order number, tracking number, and Delivery 3-15 days. Tracking without naming Cities each time it's scanned. As I mentioned in my previous Review.

I placed an order but my bank card was blocked. But the item arrived and I was told that it had been received. The tracking number said it had been received, but the parcel never arrived. How is this a new comedy?

Scammers, they change company's name and address but they are very skilled. Be careful and don't order anything through them.

He cursado denuncia ante DELITOS Informáticos de la Guardia Civil.

Poco o nada podrán hacer.

No comprar ni utilizar estás webs de seguimiento de pedidos.
